Although a lot of their drink options sounded delicious, I went with the iced Maria Maria. I got the opportunity to chat a bit with one of the Marias and she was very kind, along with the other two team members. The prices are average, with my drink coming out to about $6. One disclaimer is that I don't drink coffee much, so I can't speak about the quality of the coffee taste but overall I loved the drink, mostly because it wasn't too strong or sweet but did have a very creamy taste. In addition, they do add a Maria cookie, which is very nostalgic for me. Although the line was very long, they were very efficient with just 3 people and do get our orders at a timely manner. I visited the mobile horse trailer or cart on Tuesday, 8/12/25, at Miriam Hospital on the corner of 7th Ave and Summit Ave in Providence, RI. There is street parking available. At 6:30am, they helped their first customer. I was probably about tenth in line. I ordered the coco-quipe latte from their summer menu. This late is infused with rich arequipe and creamy coconut. It is blended with 2% milk (they didn't have whole milk) and crowned with a fluffy vanilla cold foam and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Unfortunately, I was expecting the arequipe and coconut flavors to be stronger and I do not think I got shredded coconut on top of it. As I drank more of the latte, it did taste better. The staff members were very friendly and talking to all the customers. It didn't take long for my drink to be ready. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try Maria Maria Coffee Bar.

She grew a business that is now Rhode Island's best coffee shop, and has been voted the best in Rhode Island Monthly for several years. They have a running club that goes out once a month on a Saturday and invites anyone who wants to join to come along. It looks amazing! I've lived in California for almost 25 years, and am very picky about good coffee. For most of my life, RI didn't have a place where you could get pour over coffee. I find that it makes a superior cup of coffee than any other method. Fundati not only does a great pour over, but they also do excellent specialty coffee and tea drinks. This morning, since it's Christmas Eve, I actually ordered their peppermint mocha. It is the best peppermint mocha I've ever had. I can't say much about the food here as I come mainly for the coffee, but it looks great! They offer breakfast sandwiches and burritos as well as lunch sandwiches. I've had a few of their pastries in the past, and they are very good! I love the seating area at Fundati. It is a nice place to sit and do work or have a conversation. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they have a great social media presence if you've ever watched their videos on Instagram.
