We were in line with about 6 other people and every customer she had something negative and snappy to say. From not putting the credit card in right into the reader, asking the price on something, an older guy bought a pack of smokes(he was clearly 60+) and snapping at him for not having his ID out. Understanding its the holiday season and everyone is stressed and working alot of hours but at the end of the day- you are in customer service. If you're having that terrible of a day- call out and stay home. Everyone is going through something so there's just no excuse for being that hostile towards customers. Again-the store is great and clean. Hopefully management can address that team member because we watched her upset every person in that line.
