American standard Cheeseburger, Grilled Chicken sandwich, Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl, and a crispy chicken sandwich. I of course got the American cheeseburger and green beans. (no salt, no seasoning). My humans all loved the food and a good portion for the price. Everyone tried the Chipotle Bowl and some said we are getting that next time!!! Music to my ears-that meant we would be coming back here!!!! Alex made some special tea's (papaya and pineapple flavored). That seemed above and beyond the normal drinks and the humans kept saying how delicious it was. The decor in the place is pretty cool. All Ford themed and some cool cars and car things. . The bathrooms are a must see (even if you don't have to go). This was a little experience to go with my meal. However, the place was swamped and chaotic. To be fair, it seemed to be the general vibe overall for the area. We ordered online and our later party members took a while waiting in line to order. The staff seemed friendly and were dealing with the crowded as best they could. The pizzas were tasty. The drink station was a little messy, but not terrible. We sat outside in a shaded area, but we had to switch out one of the tables we occupied since it was super wobbly. We grabbed a napkin dispenser from a table that had one, but it was broken so that it opened every time you pulled a napkin. If you're in the area already, it's not a bad for a quick bite.

He explained that they gave him the wrong sandwich and when he told them that they kept saying they definitely put it in the bag so he came back out checked our bag and the kids bag and of cno blt chicken... he went back in and told him which they said they were 100% sure it was in the bag at this point there was no way I could prove except if they wanted to search my car I was so shocked that they made him come back out to look again! I told him to please get a refund and we aren't coming back over a sandwich that could have been easily fixed! They did give us a refund thankfully but wow what a hassle over a sandwich.

My guest had the fish and chips, he said it was bland and the batter was dry and dull. If you want vinegar you must ask they are not going to offer it. I would understand if the issue was that the location is understaffed, but with 6/7 people there is an efficiency problem. There is a lack of understanding or training during peak hours where employees are not staying in place but instead consistently moving around to do other things. I do not think it's an employee issue, but a training issue as all things they are doing do seem important, but it's not more important than the person standing in front of you. I would challenge the management team here to have better training for their employees on how to operate during peak hours.
