There's usually about five different employees working the cash register on any given day. These employees are some of the most friendliest/kindest people I've ever come across in an convenience store (not to mention from a big corporate player like Chevron) . What's more impressive is the consistency of how these employees treat customers. I hope the field managers/ partners/owners know how appreciative myself and the many others are of this kind of rare and consistent premium treatment. I'm sure it's overlooked and that is why I wanted to write this review.

After arriving home, I checked my credit card company online and discovered I had also been charged $226.00 with no description of the item or items purchased! I immediately contacted my card company and disputed the charge. I also called Pilot corparate office and talked with some young lady in Guest Services and was led to believe it was no big deal! I have used Pilot for filllups for many years while traveling for business and also personal use. I have doubts that I will be using them in the future. Loose trust, loose business!

If you seem like you were searching for something they would ask if you need any assistance. There is a subway located on the inside. There is no sitting area besides the chairs subway has and there is only one washing machine with 2 dryers. The showers are always available because they clean them quickly. The shower was cleaned and smelled good when I walked in. I wouldn't mind stopping here again!
