Myra was at the counter talking on her phone while we were placing our order at the kiosk, but that wasn't even the worst part. The biggest issue came when I went back inside because I had paid for extra caramel on my sundae. The young lady, Myra who I encountered was extremely rude. When I explained that I had ordered extra caramel, she looked over at another associate, smirked, and said, "That is extra." She then walked away and disappeared for a couple of minutes. When she came back out, she nearly brushed against my shoulder while taking another order out. I calmly told her, "Did you hear me say that was okay? I'll just get my money back." In a rude tone, she responded, "You're going to have to wait on the manager to come back." I asked how long that would be, and she replied, "She's just going to tell us to remake it anyway." I then asked if she could simply remake it vs having me wait, and she walked off again. When she finally returned with the sundae, I even said, "I promise I'm not trying to be difficult.
