Filled up with gas at an outside pump (close to parking), wife went inside to use the ladies room and purchased a few items while inside. I paid for the gas with my credit card ($42 plus change, my wife paid for items she purchased which amounted to less than $3.00). After arriving home, I checked my credit card company online and discovered I had also been charged $226.00 with no description of the item or items purchased! I immediately contacted my card company and disputed the charge. I also called Pilot corparate office and talked with some young lady in Guest Services and was led to believe it was no big deal! I have used Pilot for filllups for many years while traveling for business and also personal use. I have doubts that I will be using them in the future. Loose trust, loose business! read more

I had to stay here for a 34 hour reset and let's just say the truck parking lot is small so make sure you get here super early. All the associates I encountered were super friendly greeted me every time I walked in even though I told them they didn't have to. If you seem like you were searching for something they would ask if you need any assistance. There is a subway located on the inside. There is no sitting area besides the chairs subway has and there is only one washing machine with 2 dryers. The showers are always available because they clean them quickly. The shower was cleaned and smelled good when I walked in. I wouldn't mind stopping here again! read more

The staff insisted that I (had) use self checkout. This is incorrect, as less than 24hs ago I bought water without using the self checkout. Then again pilot has always been on the bottom of the barrel. Save yourself some headaches and go up the road to Truck Stops of America. read more

Hardly any truck parking so you can only imagine how overly crowded and ridiculous the parking be. Showers were a decent size.

We've stopped here many times for gas, bathroom breaks, and food. Never have to wait for a gas pump, and the bathrooms are always fairly clean and have toilet paper (which is a plus for trucker stops)! I've never eaten at the subway on site, but my husband recently grabbed two roller grilled items and thought they tasted a-ok! Also, plenty of space to walk a dog if you're traveling with a pet! read more

When I arrived the fuel island was backed up as the lady working the shift about 4 pm said she was only one of two people there. Still give her credit she ran around the whole store, helping customers, made a pizza, did subway and fuel desk. One hour later spears to be 4 people but there is NO food, no pizza, Subway has a sight that says closed due to staffing shortages. More like lazy staff to me. read more

When I hear Pilot stations I think of a nice clean station with a great variety of "things" in them. Souvenirs, truck stop food, and good clean bathrooms- all of which I expect, are all absent. The people in staff are rude, and the subway connected to them is horrible and dirty. The Pilot up one exit is so much better, clean, and has better options for dining and has such a better staff as well! read more

Nasty Truck stop no restaurant just fast food no service hell half of the employees don't even realize their at work and on my don't request help you'd think you called their mother a bad name. I say go on to Mississippi and stop at a good truck stop or go on to the Pilot or the Petro you'll be a lot better off and you'll actually find friendly staff that will take care of you. read more

Wry easy to get in and out of and the prices were very good. Places were clean and was the restrooms.

I visit this pilot quite often this morning however a lady was stocking the hot dog machine when I asked her if she could make a pot of coffee all the machines were out she told me when she was finished stocking the hot dogs she would take care of the coffee I watched over 10 people leave including myself. Someone fraudulently used my credit card information! I stopped for gasoline on 11/22/17 @ 4:53PM - charged $27.50. I received notification today that a $151.00 charge was made to my card at 5:48PM on the same date! WOW! Someone needs to be fired; I will contact them to try to make that happen; will certainly dispute the charge! read more

I've been to my fair share of Pilots, but this one was rather seedy. I've found most Pilots to be top notch, but this one was on par with a TA. It has the amenities you are looking for but it's kind of dumpy. read more

We travel a lot and always try to stop at pilot because of the good coffee, Cinnabon and the bogos. We were so disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of friendliness. There was no Cinnabon section, and my rewards said one day left and they told me I couldn't use it and when I ask why they said it's only good on Thursday and today is Wednesday. I didn't realize that and I find that coupon terminology very misleading. I could hardly get them to check me out for talking amongst themselves. When I ask about Cinnabon the lady said if we have them they will be either the cakes. I ask somebody else and they said they don't carry them. I won't be stopping at this one again. read more
