She went and got them and then checked me out without saying a single word or smiling. Then when I got out to the car, I realized that someone (which may not have been her) stapled the receipt through the pack of photos, which therefore put the staple holes into all the photos. I needed help getting a product with the help of a manager approval which took surprisingly very little time. Kudos to whoever turned this store around and made it into what it is today.
