If you're a hardcore pipe person, that part's a little disappointing. But the vibe overall is great. When I pulled up, there were people outside sipping wine and smoking cigars, and you can hang out inside too. Very chill place to relax with a drink and a cigar. The VMotion is clearly not a torch designed to support a 30 second burn to heat a quartz nail; it's a lighter designed to quickly ignite loose leaf products. I did two sessions with my rig yesterday and, after a balky start, the unit I purchased functioned but burned through its entire fuel reservoir in the 60 seconds I had it running. I tried the unit again tonight and now it won't even spark into a consistent flame. It's pretty much dead; I've literally had it running for less than 5 total minutes of continuous ignition. I won't hold the retailer accountable for a product it didn't manufacture. I will, however, hold Purple Haze up as not reputable for its staff failing to advise me against a purchase.

They have an amazing selection of high quality cigars. I have never seen such a fine selection at other vape shops. Typically I would have to go to a specialty shop to find such variety. Great job at ordering supreme products. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

He's super sweet and helpful and has a handsome face which is good for customers to see when they first walk in. It always sets a good impression when the person that greets you presents themselves well. If it wasn't for him I would give 3 stars for the products they sell. Because they have a pretty good variety. However, if you're part of their five stars program, take note that if you get a reward, they're only honored IF you spend a certain amount of money. For example, on your app it will say you were rewarded $5 on a non tobacco item and that's all it says. When you go to check out they will tell you that you have to spend $30 to get your reward... it should say that on the app then. Sounds like a rule a money hungry boss would make. Not cool! The guy working tonight was super apologetic and understood my frustration so that was really nice. I may come back just for him!
