This winter I had the windshield wiper tank replaced, and one of the mechanics popped out a dent in my bumper, fixed a headlight, & fixed a couple other minor things without charging me extra. Having car trouble is a stressful enough situation as it is; some of the mechanics in this area will try to screw over college students and people who don't know much about cars, making an already unpleasant experience 10 times worse.
