He told us he did not give a fuck about uHaul and if his supervisor not uHaul did not call him he would not give us the fucking key! He never gave us a name but supposedly is the manager. I felt that because I was a woman he was being nasty and mean. I really wanted to curse him out but because I have more class than he did I continued to be o. The phone with UHaul . Why did I continue to take the abuse ? Because they were the only ones who had the truck in the area - actually 2 of them 26 footers and I needed one ASAP! They put a hold on my bank - so I refuse to leave with out a truck. This is sad and petty - if you have issues with UHaul should not reflex on us ! I had a steak & cheese roller today and could tell it had been rolling for too long. (I'm laughing as I'm writing this-- it's not that serious) But seriously, y'all, if you don't want to pay full price for gas, start using their app! If the "s" at the end of restrooms in the sign leads you to believe there is more than one restroom, you'd be wrong. Big mistake, and now you're already here. Pack a lunch and get ready to wait in line, a line that ends in a dirty bathroom where you may lose the aforementioned lunch thanks to a medley of sights and smells that have to be experienced to be believed.

Then the screen told me to "pay inside" SO, I went inside, bought a drink and a few snacks and paid for my gas on my credit card. Then I walked back out to pump the gas, and the pump said it had already been pumped. I tried several time unsuccessfully to reset the pump to no avail. I went back in and asked what was the issue. The clerk said he didn't know, but it was showing that the gas had been pumped. It most certainly had not I said because my truck was still on empty and I had to get on the freeway ramp. He told me to go out and put the pump handle back into the pump and he would try to reset it. ~ NOTHING ! He wasn't going to do anything soo I made him call his boss. He explained the situation to his boss who told him to tell me "TOO BAD, there is nothing we can do!" I called the police and they said it was a civil matter and that I could "sue them" Against my will I pulled to another pump and used my card to put $10 in so I could get far enough down the road to fill up elsewhere {which this pump took the card} Not only was this TERRIBLE customer service, but their attitude made it even worse !

A clerk had a strap blocking the Men's bathroom. He undid it and said we do that after we mop. I thought wow nice clean floor and bathroom. That was until I opened the stall door there was crap all over the toilet!! How do you mop the floor and not notice the poop on the toilet? Also there was hardly any toilet paper. I blame it on COVID-19 and lazy employees. I also blame it on lazy clerks. I was going to get coffee but forget that idea. I took pictures so you could see. Oh they have a yogurt bar but no frozen yogurt. Bummer if that's what you were in the mood for.
