A ton more parking and better designed drive thru lanes compared to the Mitchell Ranch Plaza location. This place is also much less crowded, making for a less stressful experience. The people working here are friendly and courteous as always. Nothing but good things to say about location and people. However, this is where they fell short during my visit. I had ordered 4 meals. They gave me 4 drinks, but I only got 3 sets of sandwiches and fries. They completely forgot an entire meal. The grilled chicken sandwich itself was also disappointing. The chicken was cold, rubbery, and lacked flavor. Chick-fil-a is typically very on top of their game. But this time it seems they missed the mark on quality control. While this won't prevent me from visiting again in the future, I do hope there is an increased emphasis and attention placed on quality control and consistency. As good as the customer service is, if the food consistency and quality is not always there, the overall experience will leave a lot to be desired.
