When I requested to speak with a manager, no one came out to address the situation, which is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the pumps were inefficient and did not work properly, and I was overcharged at the pump. This level of service and disrespect is unacceptable. I strongly encourage new management and the owner to address this aweful rude staff behavior and operational issues to ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive reliable service.

Why I'm upset is the "manager" here was completely rude to me. First she avoided me for about 5 minutes walking around the store doing small tasks when i kept waiting for her. She didn't even go out to put a bag over the pump while I was there to stop others from using it! Huge safety hazard considering there is about 7 gallons of gas sitting on the ground! When I finally asked her (i'm very calm at this point mind you) what they could do about this since it malfunctioned and I was still charged she said "oh there's no way you're getting your money back" and then whispered to the girl behind her that the pump was working fine before. After that I'll admit I was not the most pleasant. She was unbelievable and left me walking to my car in tears. A nice stranger helped push my car out of all the gas so nothing would catch on fire! Prices are in line with most other convenience stores, and while you do pay for the convenience of pre-packaged items, the sub sandwiches are a great deal at that price point. The car wash did an incredible job and left my car looking clean and presentable again. On top of that, the store selection is massive: every kind of Hot Cheetos and chips you could imagine, plus Monsters, Red Bulls, and even convenient three-packs of Bud Light.
