That including applying the tire cleaner, spraying on the soap, using the scrubbling bubbles brush, and rinsing the car off thoroughly. After washing the car, all of the vacuum stations were occupied, however, with people cleaning the interior of their cars or toweling off the exteriors. There was no good place to wait for a spot to open up, so I just had to drive off. Finding a vacuum to use after washing your car is probably not an issue at non-peak times, but it was definitely an issue today!

They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

It's very easy to get in and out of the location and the staff is helpful when needed at the check in kiosk or afterward while you vacuum your car out. I like that they have carpet vacuums and regular vacuums. Every nook and cranny gets vacuumed in the vehicle which is great when you have a kid and dog in the car all the time. They offer microfiber rags and window cleaner, along with air fresheners. I wish they offered other cleaners as well in addition to the window cleaner. Unless I need the car detailed, I will continue to go to this location for routine cleanings.

Before arriving I looked up the website and was happy to discover that signing up on their app awarded a free "Top Wash," which carries an $18 value. Signing up took less than two minutes and I received the free wash immediately. We drive right in with now wait. The process is contactless and at the gate you choose your wash and pay. I used the barcode scanner for the free wash and the gate opened. The tunnel is short but effective. The wash tunnel exits into the large vacuum area. Each spot offers two vacuums, one on each side of the vehicle. My wife and I made short work of vacuuming! An employee, Troy, approached my wife as she was struggling to vacuum the rubber mats. He advised us to use the free carpet and mat shampooer available. I'd never seen such a machine and assumed something like that would be extra. He helped me carry the mats to the machine and thoroughly explained how to operate. Mats went in filthy, came out clean and dry at the end. Definitely magic. They offer heavily discounted monthly plans that pay off in less than three washes each month. I definitely plan to subscribe since we've moved from our car wash in Summerville. Fins is top notch and with a free first wash, you have to stop by.
