Although were in COVID times, my parents noticed how safe the team was being and decided to take advantage of their $3.99 deal of a hotdog, bag of chips, and 20oz coke bottle. They were happy with their meal! I got some frozen yogurt and felt safe enough having it. They didn't have the typical toppings or taste cups which I found safe enough. This is the first time during our road trip cross country that I had to stand in line to use the restroom. They only had men's restroom open. Womens were blocked off by a ladder. The bathroom was nasty in need of major cleaning. There were 3 sinks. Only 2 had a soap dispenser. One out of the 2 sinks, the water was just dripping. So basically, only 1 sink works. The walkway to get to the restroom but everywhere else in the store was bright, clean, and organized. Is the bathroom not a priority? People won't shop if there's no restroom. Driving cross country, need to gas up and use the bathroom. Gas pump was quick to pull up. Saw some pumps were out of order. Went inside to use the bathroom. No toilet paper, no paper towels. This gas station was by far the most disgusting Circle K I've ever been to in my life!! The bathrooms were filthy and in bad need of maintenance! The card reader at the pumps did not work. When we went in to pay for gas the cashier ~ Halee did not give me the $.10 off per gallon for the Circle K discount card. When I advised her the bathrooms were in BAD need of attention she just shrugged her shoulders! Absolutely disgusting!! I worked for two different Circle K locations as management and I would have fired any employee that treated customers the way we were treated during our visit! read more

This has to be the nastiest trashiest store in Lake City! You literally have to drive over trash to get up to the gas pumps All of the trash cans around the whole store and gas pumps are completely overflowing. Looks more like a land fill than a convenience store. read more

After trying to find an open McDonald's on Christmas Day 2022, we gave up after finding the Lake City McD's closed as well, and thought about grabbing some Twinkies from Circle K. When we entered the store, we were blown away by how busy it was... and then how COLD it was! We found out later that the AC was broken and stuck on; the thermometer on the wall said it was about 55º inside the store! There was no hot food available, though there was another employee in the hot food area, seeming to bust her butt to get food put out, so I commend her for working hard in those conditions. The store itself was a basic Circle K. Nothing stood out as bad, but nothing stood out as good, either. it was well stocked, and the shelves seemed to be organized and clean. We ended up with a Polar Pop and some random Little Debbie snack, which is definitely not what we WANTED for our Road Trip Breakfast, but it would have to do, just to keep the Hangry away! The poor cashier was wrapped up in so many layers she couldn't put her arms down (2 cool points if you get the reference), but she was in good spirits and did her job well, even with the long line in the store, and the customers in said line moving very slowly. I really hope that her store manager was able to get the heat back on for her quickly... I would hate to have to work in a meat locker-cold store for hours! read more

Wow stopped on a very long trip, drug bust happening with cocaine on car as searching girl handcuffed but that's not stores fault however ZERO toilet paper in restrooms, drip dry and hand blowet looks new but doesn't work. When I approached the young boy working with the walking cast. He never smiled or apologized when I said your restrooms have no tp at all. He instead rudely said YEAH I know, we are completely out. No smile nothing, he could literally care less. It took me a while to even find him. When I said your hand blower also does not work and no paper towels. It was super busy when I was there. At the I-75/SR 90 exit so it's probably that busy all the time. New gas station so the pumps are new and clean. There is not a breezeway from the pumps to the store so if it's raining your out of luck. It's pretty run of the mill for a gas station. There are convenient food options: hot dogs , salad to go, some sort of grilled beef taquito, soft drinks etc. the coffee was pretty extensive. About 8 different brewed options with decaf, strong, breakfast blends and a few flavors. The cappuccino and iced coffee both had different flavor options. The cashier was rude. I can't even spin her rudeness for that last . Just flat nasty. I'd stop again for gas and coffee. read more
