They really don't care the worst part is they never honor thier coupons & sales.There has been too many times when I bought an item the tag on shelf clearly says the price or promotion & it's the right date but if they have trouble on the register ringing it up they will just charge you full price.Really unfair it's not my fault how about you try to fix it.There response would be it is what is really? I didn't deal with the cashier, but their pumps are extra EXTRA slow. And the whole place seems so displaced with the whole angle design which made it more cramped than it truly is. The car wash right next to it doesn't help. And the cherry on top? Tons of drivers on Flamingo too impatient to wait for the light to turn green to make a right on Arville. They cut through the gas station instead. (It's the whole angle design that's tempting them to do this. Might as well create a path especially for them!) And yeah, trying to get outta here was almost like going through a gauntlet. My tank was nearing E, and this was the closest gas station to me so I really had no choice. Definitely avoiding it in the future, though.

As a cashier, I believe customers should at least be greeted politely with "hello" or "welcome" instead of being treated disrespectfully. I've just been informed that this particular Terribles Lube has been bought by Valvoline and they've apparently enlisted the practice of allowing you to stay with your car for the entire time they change your oil. It's hard to hate on a Business when, clearly, they are trying to improve their customer service. There were no less than 10 fellas in the bays and each time a customer pulled away, ALL OF THEM bid them a very boisterous and heartfelt adieu.
