I've just been informed that this particular Terribles Lube has been bought by Valvoline and they've apparently enlisted the practice of allowing you to stay with your car for the entire time they change your oil. It's hard to hate on a Business when, clearly, they are trying to improve their customer service. There were no less than 10 fellas in the bays and each time a customer pulled away, ALL OF THEM bid them a very boisterous and heartfelt adieu.
