I open my big Mac box to find a perfectly placed burger in the box pretty excited to eat it however I lift the bun to find out that they forgot to put the "all beef patties" in my sandwich one of the key ingredients to any burger at McDonald's. ESPECIALLY YOUR SIGNATURE ONE!! So naturally not going to eat bread and lettuce and special sauce went back to this establishment to get a new one at this point I probably should have reconsidered and got my money back however went ahead and went with it. You can tell the staff inside were Definitely not a happy bunch, the manager who took my bag had a slight attitude when I showed her that I did not have the patties in my sandwich as if it was my fault. Asked her if I could also get new fries since by the time I got home to realize that my sandwich was not complete and by the time I would make it to the establishment back home to eat it they would be cold. She didn't like that suggestion however at the end of all this regardless how terrible they were at making my big Mac. This visit reminded me why I don't eat fast food. Basic courtesy and warm, correct food are minimums.
