At the checkout, when I told her that I didn't need a plastic bag because I was carrying one, she yelled at me, saying, "You have to have the bag if you wanna walk out of my store with this order", and then even cancelled my order for no reason. I was shocked because there was absolutely no justification for her behavior. It felt hateful and highly likely to be discriminatory, as I am an international student. This treatment is completely unacceptable and unethical. I hope the store takes this seriously so others don't have to go through the same experience.

We got to experience the ole "brisket on the board" as soon as we walked in, and of course, we decided to scoop up a few sammies to eat when we reached out hotel. It was the perfect welcome snack for us! Outside of the brisket, we went ahead and scooped up hotel room snacks and drinks. We planned on doing that at a store near the hotel, but when in Rome... The only frustration I've had is arriving to find both coffee machines in cleaning mode at the same time, leaving no coffee available. I do love that you offer espresso shots to add to the coffee, though. That's a great option! I also want to recognize two outstanding employees, Alechia and Isaiah. Both have been friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful every time I've interacted with them. I especially appreciated them taking the time to explain the benefits of signing up for the app. I'm now saving money every time I fill up, and I'm glad they mentioned it! I just received the package from "Jon" on 26 June 2020. Inside was a pair of VR Mini Virtual Reality Glasses. You know those silly things you put your smartphone in to watch movies on and it appears to be a big screen. I traced the tracking number from the USPS website and it began in Inglewood, CA 90304 on 10 May 2020. This silly trinket is definitely not what I ordered. I may do the dispute route with PayPal, but it's hardly worth the $22.98.
