I was on my way home from a Yelp event in Bermuda Dunes. I must have eaten something not friendly to my tummy. I was in need for a restroom. I found this Circle K / Mobil gas station in route. I stopped on by in hope that they have a restroom and that it works. I was lucky. They have one restroom and it was in working order. Thank you Circle K! After my restroom visit, I wanted to buy something to say thank you for the use of their facilities. I ended up buying a bag of pretzels and some scratchers. I didn't get gas as I had already gotten gas earlier in the evening. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and nice. Thank you sir for your exceptional customer service! Don't go. Soda fountain doesn't work EVER and good luck finding lids. Horrible customer service

Carwash consistently out of service and when it does work, the sprayers at entrance are turned off. Employers state that the owners disabled them because it saves water. Inside the store there is constantly "out of service" signs on their beverage or slushy equipment. Air and water out of service 75% of the time. There are other options, very close by there are even other Circle K markets very close by where ownership does not defer all maintenance nor limit services paid for such as an incomplete car wash in which we pay the same amount of money. read more

Wow Rude rude rude. The woman working there is just a gem of a person. While buying gas I requested use of the bathroom to which she replied "it needs toilet paper and I'm busy so it's basically out of service." I have no words for that. read more

Wow. I don't usually leave posts unless I've been cheated or illegal actions have been taken. Went in on Sunday to get cash back. Usually the cash back limit is $40, which I knew before going in. Anthony, the cashier, told me that there was a $20 limit today when I asked if I could do cash back (sometimes they say no because they don't have cash). Well thru the plexiglass and his mask, I thought he said there was a $40 limit, like normal. I buy a bag of skittles, start the check out process, and clicked $40 on the machine. Anthony was super rude saying that I should have listened when he was talking. He gave me $20 and told me that next time I need to pay attention. I asked for a receipt. He gave me a receipt that showed he gave me $40 back. I asked him for a Void Receipt to which he said to come back the next day. Checked my account and saw that a charge for $40 posted as of this morning. At the end of the day, it's $20 but for me it's principle. What a disgusting employee and a disgusting organization for hiring this kind of unethical person. read more

Tire air machine not working. There is no sign on it stating it's not working. I inserted $1.50 in quarters and machine did not turn on. I went inside to talk to cashier she said she couldn't do anything about it. They said they are not responsible and couldn't provide me with a refund. I could only imagine how many people they have ripped off with that air machine. The air machine has a Circle K logo on it, I don't understand how they are not responsible. At least put a sign on it so people don't waste their time! read more

For 1 there machine always down or they are short in there drawer for change. Every night they sipped be closed from 2-2:15 I came to get a snack and the guy behind the counter is mopping the floor and waved me away. On the from of the door it's says there Scheduled break times now I understand running a little late. Right now it's is 2:46 and he is still mopping with no regard to his 4 paying customers standing outside and yes I said pay cause I understand if someone just needed to use the bathroom or other situation that don't obtain money for the services provided by the business. My husband and I needed to stop to use the restroom at about 5am before we went on the highway traveling and one of the ladies kindly gave me the code to go in, I tried several times and I went back up to the front because it was not working and asked the other lady there if she could help me and she said "whenever it does that it is not working" I said ok well is there anyway that you can help me out and she responded by saying "it's our bathroom we can not let you in and can refuse you to use it" and she said that also giving me a dirty look. There was zero reason for the attitude and with the other woman giving me the code it was clearly open. If I wasn't so tired and in a good mood she would've met me on the right day with the wrong girl. But luckily the bush on the side of the building is watered now so thanks a lot! read more

Has just about what you would expect from a Circle K, in regards to stocked goods and gas. I stopped during a road trip, which also meant restroom break. It was not only disgusting, but both toilet seat cover and paper towel dispensers were empty The toilet paper was outside of the dispenser, so you have to pick up that giant roll that all those preceding you have done as well. If they actually had paper towels, afterwards you would've had to wash whatever body part you used to dispense them. Gross read more

Gas here is 30 cents cheaper than Arco but u get what you pay for cause ALL gas pumps have no paper towels nor squeegees to wash your windshield and this is the 1st gas station that I've ever see with a convenience store but no microwave. read more

The pump was going really slow i asked an older man that worked around 12:30 if there was any way i could switch pumps and he looked at me and said "no thats as fast as its going to get for you" . No help whatsoever, retire him poor thing. read more

Gross! Nasty bathroom. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they aren't bothering with cleaning the bathrooms.

Do not buy the warm food here. I picked up a hotdog where they keep the food warm. Upon looking at the sticky on the wrapping, it said it was made 6/3, I picked it up 6/7, so 4 days later. Mind you, the bun was almost rock hard, but I'm hypoglycemic and need something to put in my system in the mornings, so I didn't think too much of it and just bought it anyway since I was in a rush. Well, I ended up having major food poisoning in the evening and overnight. I'm past the worst of it this morning, but I still don't feel well. This is just honestly the worst Circle K in the valley in my opinion. I have been to others and they actually have better warm food options and they're normally not old, left out for days, and stale. This was my bad for even buying the hotdog, but seriously why was this old food put out for customers in the first place. This needs to be addressed with the health department if it's making people sick. read more
