SHORT ANSWER: Yes, all locations in CV. LOCATION: The Quick Quack on Washington is, easy in and out, once you figure it out. Close to the 111 and 10 Freeway. FACILITY: Always working on it, looks great & getting better. MENU: If you're a member then it really does not matter as you paid for a service, if not maybe figure it out online so you don't hold up cars behind you . WASH PREP: Always polite and helpful even when people can't find neutral in their fancy car. WASH QUALITY: Pretty good but cars here seldom get very dirty so yea, it is good. I have the full meal deal with the Ceramic wash. STAFF: Not sure how they do it but everyone here always seems happy. OVERALL VALUE: One wash at a time is expensive but worth it. When you become a member it is more affordable, I wash about 6 times a month. TIP: If you are local just join, it is a no brainers even for Zombies. read more

Friendly staff. Easy process. Quick service. They start off wanting to sign you up for a membership, which I don't think is too much--especially for this dry desert full of dust. I just wanted the very basic wash (my car was still muddy from the rain last month). Again, good friendly staff, etc. I just wish there was a bit more attention to the undercarriage/bottom part of my car to get that dirt and dust out of there. I will be back. And maybe if I go enough it stays/looks cleaner. And maybe if I upgrade to the just above basic serviced it might look a bit cleaner. read more

Why are they always asking what membership I want? It's condescending, product-pushing, and a very old-school way of selling. I told a guy no, then he says "can I ask why"? It made me want to back out and cancel. I'd prefer to go to a different car wash who isn't trying to sell me. read more

I love my local quick quack! They have a well staffed group of people and they are always friendly. I gauge it off of if you get the brush off. One person in particular I always ask they tape my back windshield wiper and they are always like sure let me get that without attitude! Beware that if you sign up for the monthly fee it is a recurring charge. Getting the recurring charge credited is a nightmare. The staff do not inform you and they do not record your email address correctly so you do not get informed of the recurring charge. Avoid using quick scratch(quick quack) car wash. When ur car gets damaged they will not fix or take responsibility for it and make up lies n excuses. Quick Quack 'owner' response as u see below is full of lies as my truck was not damaged and they r making excuses to avoid taking responsibility for what their car wash did to my truck...they keep posting the same response full of lies.....I've talked with many others that had the same issue and quick quack did the same to them....avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience with this car wash place. Going on and off the conveyor belt tore thru the undercarriage of my Tesla Y and it became a $850 car wash. I've been driving and getting hand car washes my entire adult life and never has this happened until the moment I decide to use an automatic conveyor type wash. The Manager of course assumes no liability and gave me the run around. I will go to Quick Quack ever again. read more

Wash is mediocre. Not enough pressure and not enough soap. Still plenty of sand and dirt left on my car. Vacuums have barely any suction. Why don't you have airguns? This is the desert!!! Non-member (cashier) line takes forever- there were about 4 cars in front of me when I pulled in and it took almost 15 minutes to get through the line. While I was waiting, about 50 member cars went through. Overall, it's just not that quick and not that good. read more

Very poor company! My car was hit while inside the car wash. The manger wanted me to go out side and settle with the car that hit me from behind inside his car wash. The manager and management did nothing to help him while I am the victim. Do. It use this location! I will have my Attorney contact you. I was a member at the Guick Quack on Washington St. for a couple of years. I'm a snowbird, and the first year everything was great. I just told the attendant when I was leaving and they cancelled my membership and the end of the billing period, and then I signed up again when I came back to the area. This year I found out that they had not canceled, even though I had told an attendant to cancel me on a certain date just like the previous year. They ended up charging me all through the summer when I wasn't here. The supervisor at that location said it was a mistake and told me to call a number for management and they would give me credit for all of the months that I hadn't used it. I called them and also wrote to management- the best they could give me was two months of credit which hardly seemed fair when they acknowledged that their records showed that I hadn't used it during several months that I wasn't here . Despite that, they felt justified in keeping the money that they charged. As a person in their 70s I just didn't really appreciate their stance on this. I do think that they should have at least offered me credit for as many months as they were paid when I hadn't used it. I trusted that my membership had been cancelled when I asked, which was a big mistake. i ended up cancelling my membership after talking to Management. I've lived long enough to know what good customer service looks and feels like- and this wasn't it. read more

I've used many of the locations in Coachella Valley, but the Washington location in La Quinta seems to be the best location. It is a longer Wash experience and there are more drying units at the end of the wash so the car is better dried. read more

I agree with a previous review. I went here last week and none of the vacuums were working. I still parked to dry off my car and it was soaking wet still. Usually its just a few random spots, this time it was like it had not gone through the dryer. Broken vacuums were all over the floor. Looked very sad and unkept. This location is usually my go-to so Im hoping they fix everything and get back to a good working state. Oh and I know this is a corporate thing, but it sucks to sign up for a "top" membership and then automatically get downgraded bc they added some fake ceramic liquid. read more

I took a leap of faith upon my first ever visit to Quick Quack and signed up for a mid-tier $32 monthly membership. That was less than a month ago and since then I've used their car wash at least 5 times between La Quinta and Indio location. Thus far I am a happy customer. The equipment seems to work well and the staff at both locations have been impressive. I don't know how these young men and ladies stand in the heat all day (and we are talking July/Aug) and are so courteous and friendly when you pull up. I commend them for their positive attitudes. Sometimes there is a line of cars, esp lunch hour, and a bit of a wait, but they keep it moving relatively fast. I like the fact they give you a wet wipe for your dash and clean towels at the dry stations. To me this service is was an unexpected value that I had not seen at other self car washes. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the accessibility both from the street approach/departure and navigating inside the car wash entrance and the parking dry off areas. Not well planned out in my opinion at either of these two locations; although, Indio is much easier to access from the street. But the line to get into the Indio car wash entrance was chaotic coming from 3 different directions. Signage to direct incoming traffic would definitely help alleviate the bottle neck. All in all, living in the dusty desert, I'm enjoying the opportunity to keep my car cleaner at an affordable price. Thank you Quick Quack! read more
