Ive been walking my dog to this gas station for 5 years to fill my lawn mower gas can. However…read moretoday their was a new guy with glasses on that told me that "no black dogs are allowed on the parking lot" I told him i was there to get my gas, he took my cash and said to go to pump 2, then said don't bring my dog back to his lot. I will never go back to his gas station again. Its OK that there are always hookers and drug dealers on the lot or the guy always begging for money. But black dogs are not allowed! My dog, Duder is a small shitzu mix.

THey also looked at my heating/defrosting problem and fixed it ---for free. Seems that though another local place wanted to charge me $2,800 for a new motor, Mel's replace my coil for $200 and it was the root of my heater/defroster problems. If I'd have gone to Mel's a year ago, I'd not have gone without heat for the last two winters. ugh! And then one of the guys scraped my windshield. GOD I love this place!

Great little store. It's almost a mini liquor store with the huge selection of beers, wines, and…read morecanned cocktails. We stop here all the time for golf cart refreshments. The store and lot are always clean, bathroom is in great shape, coffee always fresh. They've had the same employees for the duration that I've been a customer (5ish years), so I feel that's a testament to how well they treat the employees. Super nice staff. This is our favorite convenience store by far.

I looked at how many miles it said before I pumped the gas it said 42 miles then I put $5.85 I know not a lot of gas but whatever it's what i had at the time. When I got back in the car after pumping it said 36 miles how does that even happen?? How do you leave with less gas than you came with. I'm convinced that pump didn't even pump any gas. I called up there when I got home they said they have nobody there at this moment to fix my problem. I promise you I'll never get gas from here again
