Great staff and customer service. We stopped on the way up to LA and noticed there was a Too Good To Go available so we decided to take a slight detour. It was a bit further away from where we were heading but it was well worth the trip. The random goodie bag had 4 donuts, 4 bags of cookies (each had 3 cookies in it), a breakfast burrito, a protein shake, and a charcuterie packet. This car wash is convenient since it's right off the 5 freeway. Sometimes there's a small line but each car (depending on the package purchased) can take a little long. The staff are 50/50, when something goes wrong with your wash, I've had nice guys, and "authoritarian" staff help. This individual refused to listen to what I was saying. Anyway, they got the wash to work and that's all that matters after you purchase their premium. Their dryer dries about 60% of the car. It's best if you grab your microfiber cloths and jump out when the dryer ends to prevent water marks drying and sticking to your car. Also, sometimes you're looking forward to getting a car wash and the wash is down with a cone in the front. This place is a hit or miss. read more

I swung through here to get my car washed and vacuumed. There was a bit of a line, but it moved fairly quickly. The pay system kept denying my Amex and debit card. After about 10 trys I was able to get the transaction to go through. The wash is adequate, but nothing special. The vacuum gives you a lot of time, but lack enough suction to be truly useful. read more

I went to this store on October 1,24 to use the surprise bag offer that you offer through the app. To Good To Go. My first time using it. I reserved a bag which said they had 2 left. I went to pick it up. I waited in line as there were people a head of me. When I got up to the register I told her I was there to pick up a surprise bag I ordered and she said we don't have any. I said oh I just ordered it and paid for it. She said you'll have to wait and she would get it. So I waited while she attended other customers. She then left and came back and said here and walked away . I looked in the bag and it just had a few packs of Oreo cup cakes. I said isn't this suppose to be like an assortment of stuff, she said that's all she had and if I didn't like it to throw it away. I said well I already paid for it and how would I get my money back. She said to deal with the company about it. And if I don't want it don't take it. I was a little upset by her attitude and said you shouldn't advertise it as an assortment of stuff and left. She must have said something to another customer in the store because he came out and tried to start a fight with me saying I only paid 4 dollars what did I want. Which is why she must have said something to him because I didn't bring that up. The guy actually wanted to fight. Another employee who was outside came between him and my car and told him to get back in his car. I can't believe that it almost came to that. Maybe it was a bad day for her or she was just too busy to deal with it. But I won't be back and I have already told the company about the experience. I did pay for something that you offered to people. I guess I was expecting something different. It seems like a good program. And I was planning on giving it to a homeless person. The app for this store says they will give you a bag of assorted items they can no longer sell, sandwiches, salads, chips, wraps sweets, and all you need to eat the items. This for $3.99!plus tax.! First, this store is known for getting the credit card readers "skimmed" on a regular basis. If you want your credit card information stolen, this is the place! Please do not use this car wash. They are scammers. I was trying to show my young son, who just passed his driving test, how to use the car wash. I Purchased a 14.00 car wash, went through the wash and all it did was spray the car with soap and low pressured water. The rotating brushes did not work, dryers did not work. The exterior of my car was still filthy with half the soap still left on the car. I went inside to complain, and was rudely shrugged of by an old man called Jeremy, said there was nothing he could do, and if i wanted to complain i should return the next day to speak with manager. Like i have all day to go back n fourth to speak with the manager. Disgraceful customer service, he has no place working there. Will never return to this place. This is the worst gas station around. The parking lot is filled with pan handlers, homeless and/or vagrants and there is a very good chance that your credit card information will be compromised while filling up with gas. Quite possibly the worst gas station I have used. The card readers are always out of service forcing you to go inside (twice), and when they are working they are always out of receipt paper making you go inside anyway. Messy outside with a number of homeless people wandering through and rummaging through trash while you fill up. Situational awareness! However, it is local and I continue to use it for that reason. read more

They had the audacity to not only tell me I was wrong, but they went out of their way to teach me how to use a car wash (HA). This place is always busy with never enough help. The car wash is either not working or long wait. Here's a new one: paid $15 for a wash, enter code, asks if I want an upgrade! It only registered the standard wash. Go inside and they give me a code for the full price wash... BUT. I had to drive out and get in line again!?! After I apologized for my language they reset the wash and got me the right wash after all. Wow. I hate to complain but this place is consistently a nightmare. I will never shop here again. This place has frustrated me so much I had to write a review. First off the majority the employees are absolutely useless. Rude, slow, always in the back talking. Second, this place smells to high hell as if they take their 48 hour marinated hotdogs and hide them around the store as some sort of rancid Easter egg hunt. Third, always filthy and stuff laying everywhere. It looks like the Tijuana border crossing with junk displays on the floor, in the aisles, on the counters. Thank god there wasn't an earthquake or emergency that entombed all of us in a Pompei of garbage. Fourth, nothing works or is in stock. Want a fountain drink, cool, but the ice maker is broken. Want a Redbull, sorry, only a warm case sitting in the aisle waiting to be shelved. Wouldn't matter though seeing how the freezer is always broken. Fifth and last, the car wash. They conveniently hid it around back where it's to late once you enter to see another car in front of you. For each car add 10 minutes to how long you'll be sitting there waiting.
