I came in late one afternoon with a car that was covered --every crack, windows, everywhere, in a 2-day thick layer of tree sap! -- I begged this elder gentleman, who greeted me to help me. 2 other car wash places said, "No" go to a body shop, wouldn't touch the car. I was in a panic. My son sent me to Valero. The elder gentleman walked around car, finally said, "of course" we will get your car clean. He said go get the $16 package and drive to the entrance. Next thing I knew he had waved 2-3 younger men over and they huddle, having a chat. One goes and gets a stack of pristine white towels, another is preparing a mixture of some kind, and with all soaking their big, immaculate washing glove into the brew they begin. I'm so relieved! Felt like a surgery, they get the hoses and rinse, scrub, wash, start round 2, working with various size towels. My car is 10-years old, no wax for years...heat had already embedded the sap in. (Thank Goodness there weren't any cars coming in during this car bath.) Finally, the fellows stepped back and began the normal car wash with brushes and lots & lots of soap! The main man is nodding as I drive out the exit! They all begin drying my car, using these white, lint free towels. I saw them doing a few touch-ups, and as I get out to see for myself if they really got all the sap off, the tears came. I couldn't believe my eyes. The car was "perfect", not one piece of this thick stuck-on sap that was everywhere on the car, & windows, rims, & deep cracks, etc. They politely asked if they could do anything else. I couldn't thank them enough! Ever had that feeling you just witnessed a miracle! Make this car wash you forever home. Good people, fantastic service, you won't be disappointed. Huge "Thank you" to the crew who cleaned the sap off my car a couple weeks ago. You're the best!

The car wash is good and they do a pre wash by hand or with a hose but the vacuums are never on…read more.. every time for the past few months that I stop and get my car washed I have to go some where else to vacuum. So if you just want your car washed, it's a great place to stop by, but don't count on the vacuum working or being turned on.

The assistant manager came out of the store and told me I was no longer welcome -- not because I did anything wrong, but because I repeated something I heard one of their own employees say. I didn't use any bad language or cause a scene. Instead of speaking to me respectfully, the assistant manager came out yelling and told me I wasn't allowed back. I felt disrespected and embarrassed. If employees are openly talking about personal matters in the workplace, they should expect that people might hear and comment -- especially when they're doing it on the job. I expected better professionalism and customer service. This situation could have been handled with maturity and respect, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

let me start off by saying my initial experience at this gas station was me seeing hamid the…read moremanager of the gas station yelling at a person on pump number eight who was a customer. I noticed the pump was pumping very, very slow, so I was watching the pump as it approached the gallon number that I knew my van should stop at the pump did not stop. They kept pumping until diesel spilled everywhere. I looked around to find some napkins to clean up the mess I created, and to my disappointment there was absolutely no napkins in any of the dispensers. I proceeded to go knock on the door to let the gas station attendant know that I needed some paper towels to clean up the mess that is pump commit had an attitude. The second I talked to him asking him. Why did I overfill my gas tank I explained to him that once it started overflowing, I stopped the fuel immediately and put the pump back where it belong. He's then proceeded to tell me that why did I not see the gas coming out from underneath the tank? I had to explain to Mr. Hamid because she doesn't understand how things work in gravity works that once all the fuel spilled out over the fill neck then it dripped down onto the bottom of the tank. Mr. Hammit, then proceeds to get real close to me and aggressive, and put his hands in his pocket at that point, I started videoing because this gentleman is not professional and does not belong working in the public setting. Mr. Hamid went on to tell me that he's on his gas station for 22 years. Well I'm inclined to believe that from the low reviews that I see so just a heads up if you want diesel fuel spilled all over your vehicle. This is a place to go. I would also like to mention that the second I started recording Mr. Hamid he all of a sudden wanted to be nice to me and apologetic, but you can see in the beginning of the video that I'm gonna post.
