I was struggling to get my gas with my card, but I just asked for help and the lovely man and woman were so helpful and kind.

Made a quick stop here for the second time, same lady at the counter, still no interaction what so ever, if I didn't start any conversation, all she did was bringing me up, still not cup holder for my polar pops, since I got 2 XL drinks, well I only care for my drinks anyway :) since I always spill half of it in my car without a bag or cup holder in which I saved from my other trips so I guess I was safe this time read more

Some of the cheapest gas in the area! I'm one of those firm believers that Costco has the cheapest gas at all times until I drove by here! Walking in, the store is big and packed with lots of good stuff. It's like a giant 711. The coffee section is a coffee lovers heaven!!!!! I was impressed. They have these little fig snacks up at the front that taste amazing. It's all snacks galore, they have it all. Chips, candy, gum, drinks and even hot dogs. Not only was gas super cheap, but I grabbed some coffee and snacks as well. The place is big, clean and fully stocked. Cashier was super friendly. Gas is gas... This location is clean and conveniently located right off the freeway and main road. Well lit and all the pumps work. Prices are a bit higher than the neighborhood stations a few miles towards the casino. If I'm in need of gas and I'm in the area, I'll drop by and fill up again. read more

My tire needed air and I always stop by this location. There was always a man that worked here and he always turned the air on for me except for this one nite. It was Monday 11/08/2021 at exactly 9:38 pm. I walked in, and saw a lady working. I asked her to turn the air on for me and she refused!! She said she can't do it unless I purchase gas first! I was shocked and angry that she said NO! Air is FREE!! She is Racist and did not want to help me! I will no longer come to this location!!! I didn't get her name. But she was there at 9:38 pm. I came here today because it was convenient as I enter the freeway. Also, the gas is less expensive at this location. My credit card was not inserting all the way and so I had to go inside. I let the cashier know that the machine out there was getting stuck and not letting me insert my credit card all the way and her reply was, "how much do you want". Totally not acknowledging that they have an issue with that machine or anything. So, 4 stars for convenience and cheap gas, but if you are in the customer service industry, just smile and acknowledge if someone has any issues so they don't feel like they are bothering you. The female cashier working at 9pm on 10.21.20 was discriminatory against me. I walk in, she says nothing, watched me from afar, and is rude and seems annoyed when I get to the counter. A white guy walks in, she is friendly, even overly friendly, cordial, and welcoming. I will recommend everyone I know to not go to this location. If management does nothing about her behavior, I hope this place closes. read more

Decent Circle K. They have gas and it is competitivly priced, but not the cheapest in East County. I went for beer and thier selection was average. Normally wouldn't rate it because of alcohol, but they heavily advertise beer on the signs. I was little disappointed with the above average prices compared to similar places in the area. This morning I was having already the worst morning. Two of my tires and flares. Well on my way to work. And on top of that. I'm 3 months pregnant with morning sickness. I went into the the Circle K to ask the cashier by the name of Sana. To please turn of the air for me. And she insisted that I needed to pay the $1.50 for air. If I had bought any gas from the station there. I thought okay. That's understandable. So I put in my quarters in the air machine. It wouldn't turn on. I had pressed the button many times to turn on. But nothing. I went back into the Circle K to let Sana, who said she was the manager of the store. Let her know, the air would not turn on even after I put my money in the machine. She told me it wasn't her problem. And refused to turn on the air for me. I'm so hurt and disappointed to be treated that way. And I have put gas here for years. I would like to be refunded my money back. And the owner or real manager to please explain to me why I was treated that way.
