As I pushed my car out of the car wash - the employees just watched me with a smirk. They never even went to check out if there was glass or broken bumper parts left in the bay. They just kept letting car after car travel through. I am 100% sure that the touchless machine malfunctioned - but they never even gave me a chance to find out why this happened! Instead I had call a tow truck and then pay $2000 for repairs.
