My family retained a home health aide through AccuCare for my elderly mother and it was smooth sailing from day one. Initially, not knowing what we actually required, the office staff met with us and thoroughly explained what they could do to help - they set up a schedule and we discussed the services that would help us most. If I had questions concerning medical care or even my Mom's insurance, I simply called the office and there was always someone on hand to provide an answer. Most importantly, my Mother was comfortable and well cared for. "Our" aide was trustworthy, friendly and competent. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that Mom was happy. The fact is Accucare does an amazing job a screening their workers while managing to the best of their ability, the lower reimbursements they are getting year over year. We have had stable and reliable help for years and when there was a problem it was quickly fixed. Some downside is the long wait times in the office. I have sat for my apt for over an hour past my actual Apt time. The Dr is wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything and check in with how you're doing. There is plenty of parking in the lot . Also if handicap this is very accessible and plenty of parking for you as well. The office also has a handicap ramp if you need it as well. I would recommend going to this office for all your primary medical needs.
