As we got inside, we walked up to the tasting room and then took our wine and went outside and enjoyed the view and the tasting. It was so wonderful. I wound up buying a couple bottles to take home with me and so did my daughter. A pallet is a very strange thing to explain to people because my taste and what I think about that wines flavors and nuances it really varies from person to person. But I was so impressed with this lovely product. If I wasn't there, wouldn't be those two bottles in my car. When we arrived I was amazed at how beautiful the estate is and the vineyards are well kept and breathtaking. As we entered the estate we were greeted my the host as my friends had reservations and since it was a hot day we did our tasting inside with a wonderful window view of the vineyards. We were each giving a glass of the Pinot Noir Rose which was absolutely refreshing and delicious this was actually my favorite wine. We had wine tasting of both Red and White wines. I am more of a Pinot Noir drinker than Chardonnay. Every tasting we had was really good, but no of them topped that fantastic Rose. Ursula, I believe was her name was our wine host is she was amazing and explained the different wines and the vineyards and where their grapes are grown. After out tasting we had a really nice picnic outside and enjoyed each others company. I would definitely come back without a doubt.

Sher has her love for horses evident with her corrals and training facilities here. Their wines are Chardonnays and Pinot Noir. The chardonnays range from clean, crisp to buttery. My favorite was the 2014 Trenton Roadhouse. The 2016 Laguna Ridge Pinot Noir is full bodied and in your face which was different and welcomed.

The tasting room itself is spacious with a long bar, tables, and room for private events. They offer their own wine from Windsor Vineyards, but also offer wines from many other partner wineries. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in all wines and always super friendly. I can stop by knowing I'll have a blast and always feel like the staff considers me a friend. As they offer many wines the selection is always more than enough. It is wide enough to accommodate any palette or taste. If you are a member you get to taste for free which is always a plus. The wine club options include a 2 bottle a month option which is great for us as we are never ready for a large quarterly shipment. (But if that is your thing, they offer that too) The monthly pick up parties are always a blast. They also offer free custom wine labels which is super fun. I ordered 4 bottles of bubbly for my bridesmaid brunch and will be sure to post photos once I receive them!

Copain specializes in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah. They were founded in 1999. Their wine is sourced from vineyards in Mendocino, Monterey, and Sonoma counties. My sister had a membership at Copain Wines so we had a complimentary tasting. An appointment is required to have a tasting between the hours of 10:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. The staff is very personable which makes your visit more like visiting a family member. Copain Wines is perfect for a small get together to a larger event such as a wedding or a business meeting. Make sure not to miss this beautiful location if you pass through Healdsburg.

They were making pizza in their own pizza oven today- however for a 10 inch pizza I thought $22 was a little bit much. There are definitely a nice variety of Pinot's offered. However, I was in the mood for something chilled and I opted for their Rose of Pinot. I was pleased with the size of the pour but not sure I would order that variety again.
