for starters the building is out of square. two of the poles are scabbed at the top just to reach…read morethe top of the trusses with 2x4's. every screw that was installed to secure the metal was tightened to the point of denting the metal and some even missed the wood. for the ones that missed they just globed silicone on them and called it good. When they put the banner board on instead of removing the drillings they just laid it on top of the dirt. which put the front doors two feet of the driveway. There answer to me was just bring in Shail. They could do this for an extra fee of course. But the real kick in the nuts was when they put the post in the ground, they never put anything under them for footing. Mister fisher insisted they put concrete in the holes, but none was onsite to do so. I was here to receive the materials at that time and the apparent skid of concrete that was ordered never existed. but regardless the footings where to be 36" round by 8"thick disc of concrete not just a bag of ready mix. as for the warranty it holds no water. I was told mister fisher by Levi himself that he been building buildings for thirty years and he was not interested in reinventing the wheel to do so. long story short now I'm stuck paying for a monstrosity with no satisfaction over the last for years. That i wish i would have gotten someone honest. If you have fishers build your building better watch for the short cuts there everywhere and the warranty is as good as the toilet paper in the locale gas station.

Many, while very nice, were inexperienced and would have benefitted from mature training. He did address issues we knew about within the one year warranty but have found several shortcuts they took that we now have to fix.

His frequent absence from the job site left me feeling unsure about the overall management and results. I would recommend considering other contractors who prioritize quality, transparency, and good communication.

BUYER BEWARE -- Heat went out in the middle of the night, and I could not get my regular HVAC guy…read more Called M&T Mechanical in the morning (8am) and they agreed to come and look at the problem which I believed to be a clogged fuel line. They arrived as indicated and looked at the oil furnace and ended saying that I had a "blown" motor. They'd be back after getting one from Ace Hardware. Got everything working again, which was good. When I got the bill ($700), I was more than surprised at the expense. Later, I checked the Ace Hardware website (and at the store ) which said the motor (Beckett 21805) was listed at $124.99 (Home Depot has it for @$87). I was willing to pay more for the emergency call but to get almost a 300% markup on the motor ($125 marked up to $350) and an oil filter (marked up to $100) is GOUGING. Normal industry rate is 50% markup. So, the long and short of it is: BUYER BEWARE when it comes to M&T Mechanical. You will DEFINITELY pay more than fair market and more likely be scammed by a company that's more interested in a big payoff that will cost consumers. Again, BUYER BEWARE when it comes to M&T Mechanical--it will work but will leave a hole in your pocket and bad taste in your mouth. If desperate for service, call elsewhere.

I had a few Construction co's come and see what could be done about them. As I was getting no feed back about how they could be fixed t be used without taking up half the living room, Havens came up with an idea of how to re do those stairs to be more normal and easier to use.
