Over the years I've gotten 3 tickets so far, none of which the ticket clinic won. I ended up paying double, to which if I had just dealt with the tickets myself, I would have had a higher chance of paying a lower amount or even getting the case dismissed. Even when I gave details to help my case, or try to help it, they seemed dismissive of my abilities and situation. They don't even ask or try to include details or likely evidence from me to help my case. I had to reach out myself to even slightly help my case. All this was is a waste of time and hard earned money which I can never get back to which I regret. I truly gave them too many chances.
