That being…read moresaid, my family was traveling home from a long road trip and encountered a problem with our vehicle. The vehicle was smoking and we needed to get off the highway ASAP. We pulled into this location and parked around back. We needed to pull the wheel off to evaluate the problem. As my brother was doing this, we noticed a sign stating No repairs to be done on the premises. 5 minutes in, an employee came out and said "no repairs!". We told him that we had seen the sign after and were not repairing, just trying to find the problem. He again said "No repairs!". We told him that we needed to stop before it became serious and asked him if he could recommend a friendlier place who would allow us to park and take care of our issue. He looked at us and said "the owner has seen you on the cameras and has called me. 5 minutes!" We ended up putting the tire back on and as we were leaving the wheel locked up and we had to pull off onto a side street with no street lights (it was getting dark) we had been traveling for hours and all were hungry but after that interaction, we would not even entertain buying anything from that establishment. So, if anyone has any vehicle issues, find somewhere else to go.

Corporate keeps telling complainers to alert store staff but they're usually so understaffed and busy they don't document the problem. Finally bought a battery powered compressor at Autozone to top-off after running over the bomb craters in Middletown's East Main St. (pretty fake brick crosswalks do nothing for safety Mayor) Top notch frozen shakes though! Too bad they don't offer burgers anymore - used to head there straight from work each morning (3rd shift) because the 'sausage-whatever' sandwiches at Mickey D's, Wendy's and Burger Whoopie are just SO greasy! Lastly, I have had two experiences where I've paid to fill my tank and when I went to leave there was literally no gas in the tank, despite paying. I then had to argue with the clerk to get what I paid for. To be fair, this place has been around for decades so who knows whose ownership it was under in each of these situations. I've only decided to review now after today's experience watching them crudely endanger the life of every customer in the place. About a good month ago when coming in here for gas, I was shocked to find a gas station so close to…read moreWoodbury Commons. Yes, I had to travel about a half a mile in the opposite direction to find it, but I was coming from out of town and had to stop in at Woodbury Commons that day for an event that would turn things around in my job and had to get gas in the meantime. Since I had cash, I had to go in and prepay. After handing the employee my money (I had given him a $20 but asked to pump $15), things went okay. He took the money and gave me my receipt. He activated the pump for the transaction. Though it was raining, I got a little flustered when I told him which pump - I didn't at first notice the pump number until after paying. I mentioned which car it was out near the pumps (under the awning). Things carried on. I took care of what I needed to get and although I got lost trying to find the "exit" in the direction I needed to travel to get to the mall's main entrance, but they make big to-do with the mall straight ahead on the road (apparently Locey Ln). But that's not to be mentioned here. It took me a few moments to take care of the gas filling and I was back off and running. Stop in ifyou need gas and are around this mall. It's tough to find a gas station near the mall to it's north on Rte 32, and although I was told from the signs that there are few gas stations nearby, this is really the first one I encountered that day. I'll keep it in mind if I'm ever in the area for stopping in again, but I don't believe I'll be around very often.
