Irrelevant to my visit, however public record shows that in a most recent inspection, G's received a critical (red) violation for Item 4A, Toxic chemicals being improperly labeled, stored, or used in a way that can contaminate food. Critical (red) violations such as these are issues that inspectors claim will likely cause food-borne illness/contamination.
