Horrible horrible customer service. If you go there be prepaid to be ignored, has happened to me twice... Especially if you are a woman. I waited patiently to place my order while they talked among each other ignoring my presence . Then two different men come in line behind me and they are attended to right away. When i spoke up and said i am here first still waiting to be helped , im told Wait !! with a very rude attitude. You would NEVER suspect from the outside. You might not even get a hint even from the inside - but WOW! This are some of the best sandwiches in the area. As always - great ingredients make great food and these start with some of the best, lightest, crispiest Cuban bread to be found. I'm partial to the Miami sandwich but was hankering for a little pork. The sandwich lady was a little concerned about the change (I know......then it is not a Miami sandwich) but was game and put together a mack daddy sandwich that made me a happy happy girl. Yum! If I could give this place no stars I would and it really is simply for the fact that the customer service is atrocious. What you read in the others reviews is 100% true, the ladies have a bad attitude and treat women like the dirt on their shoe. Their food (pastelitos specifically) are ok but for that you can literally go anywhere else and get treated like a decent human being. You take a number, and patiently wait as it's called. There's a variety of pastries to choose from, as well as menu items. Breakfast selections include Latin Breakfast, Colombian Breakfast, croissant sandwiches and more. You can also semi "customize" if you want something specific and they have the available ingredients. The service girls are usually pretty friendly and have great memories (they always remember who is waiting for what...lol)! Lunch options include ready made salad, sandwiches and custom made hot sandwiches as well. They have the panini machines, which can flatten your toast/buns to perfection. Wow!! The staff has gotten so nasty and rude. The drive thru has failed me twice. It's like she doesn't want to work there and destroys my attitude in the morning with her nasty attitude. Totally unacceptable. Mid-day they close to the register to change shifts so you can't pay where you get food. They all seem to take a break during this exchange. Save yourself and your money and don't ever buy anything from this place. Upon me entering there was a line of people who were only getting called if they pulled out a number. No one there's speaks any English strictly Spanish. I don't have anything against that but when I would like you to take my order one would assume they would at-least understand that. I order a Latin breakfast and receive a regular one different from what I ordered. I go back and ask the lady what happened and says I have to pay again for a new order. So I do that, when my new order comes back it was supposed to be French fried bacon and eggs plus bread. They forgot to tell me that they only have potatoes and not French fires. After messing my order up for the second time and still being charged I chose to just leave for somewhere else. Got to gastion stood in line everyone was attended except for my wife son and i. See a guy come in grab a number gets attended so i grab a number more people walk in get attended ask whats going on was told there not using numbers its whos in line they so happened to walk in front of us. We wait for are number to be called order. Lady keeps calling the same numbers. I then made a comment to a gentleman said 44 has been called mutiple times there past 44 so he wouldn't feel he was going to wait long lady asked what was my problem told her ive been here waiting and dont understand how you doing this by walkin or by number cause she attended people before me and my family says i was making a show and she will call the cops. Very poor custimer service. Then tells them to hurry up with my order so i can leave so she can give me my food cold?very insulting been coming here for many years she was the only one to comment none of the other ladies said a word because it was not a big a deal very unprofessional i enjoy this place but not enough to go and deal with bad customer service. read more
