I thought the time frame may help for management to know who was working this morning. Earlier, when cleaning snow off my windshield, I bumped my windshield wiper with my snow broom. The wiper blade broke and a part fell off. I saw a colleague at work too, clearing snow and asked him for help. He had a look and said the wiper was broken and I needed a new one. I ended up at Auto Zone right after this. The man that helped me was having a look at the part I brought in and then I also handed him a smaller piece that had come off. Immediately he took the small piece I gave him and he was able to connect it to the other piece. He said, you don't need a new wiper blade. He then walked me to my car and reattached the piece to the wiper part. I asked if I owned him any money for his help and he smiled and said no and to have a great day. I sure wish I had asked his name. I am very happy for the kind, helpful and courteous service that I received from the Fort Eddy Rd. location. His kindness and great customer service made my day. And he did not have to be honest. He could have easily sold me a new windshield wiper. Thanks for your honestly and great manners and outstanding customer service.

I brought my Tacoma to Meineke specifically to diagnose a suspected clogged catalytic converter…read more Meineke reported that it inspected the front catalytic converter with a borescope and found the honeycomb "covered and clogged." Based on that diagnosis, I authorized them to replace it. After the repair, the truck was not fixed, it was actually worse. I then took the truck to another repair facility for a second opinion. Their diagnosis indicated that the exhaust restriction was downstream from the catalytic converter Meineke had replaced. I returned the truck to Meineke and requested that they put the vehicle back to its original configuration and refund me. Meineke ultimately had to REMOVE the replacement catalytic converter they had installed and REINSTALL my original catalytic converter. That original converter is back on the truck today. After the actual downstream restriction was addressed, the truck runs properly. Despite the repair they diagnosed and performed having to be completely reversed, I have repeatedly requested reimbursement and have not received the full refund I requested. This wasn't simply a repair that failed to solve a difficult problem. I specifically paid Meineke to diagnose whether the converter was clogged, was told it had been visually inspected and was clogged, authorized replacement based on that diagnosis, ended up with a vehicle that ran worse, obtained a second opinion pointing elsewhere, and ultimately had Meineke remove its replacement part and put my original part back on. I have documentation, borescope photographs of the inlet and outlet side of the original catalytic converter which shows no "covered and clogged" condition, a video flow test showing 75mph air coming out outlet of catalytic converter which they diagnosed as "covered and clogged", and other supporting documents. Decide for yourself if this is deceptive and unfair business practice. Based on my experience, I would avoid this location at all cost. I have also filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau. If you experience a serious unresolved problem with this Meineke location or any automotive repair facility in New Hampshire, I recommend documenting everything and considering filing a consumer complaint with the AG's Consumer Protection Bureau as well.

Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. Mgr.) and Brittany (Mgr.) were so friendly, kind, and helpful, as were the mechanics (thanks Toby). They were able to patch the tire and send us safely on our way in minutes flat.
