Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. Mgr.) and Brittany (Mgr.) were so friendly, kind, and helpful, as were the mechanics (thanks Toby). They were able to patch the tire and send us safely on our way in minutes flat. Went to tire warehouse in Concord this morning and was quoted buy 3 tires get one free and an alignment and told it would be $835. My grandson goes to get his car at the end of the day and paperwork says he declined alignment which he did not, we both were there. Called them and explained what happened and the guy said he could come down and get the alignment and then charged him for it when it was suppose to be included in the above amount. Get the quote in writing people. It's BS they charged an additional $140. Guess we will go elsewhere in the future. One thing I don't like is a liar. read more

First off I made an appointment and requested a quote for tires. The person on the phone said manager would have to call me back to give pricing and he never did. So I show up to my appointment and they only have 2 tires in stock for my vehicle and need to order what I want. I make a new appointment for following Monday at 9 am when my tires would be in. When go to pick up vehicle at 4pm it's still not ready and had to wait until after 5pm until it's ready. Do a walk around and my tires are missing valve stem covers and once get in it shows they are low on air. When asked the tech he said he doesn't have a working tire pressure gauge. Needless to say we will be getting our tires elsewhere in the future!!! read more

I called on a Sunday when other tire shops are closed in our town. It was a busy, snowy day. I was greeted promptly and made to feel my problem could be solved same day even though others obviously had appointments. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was initially worried because there were so many people waiting in their cars. I watched the crew move swiftly from car to car. One guy operated two manual jacks at the same time to lift the front and rear together. I was rolled in at the promised time and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. The crew were fast, friendly, and appeared to be working as a team and competent. The manager, Doug, was excellent at setting expectations, following through, and obviously fostering teamwork. This is the third time I've gone to this shop for service. I will return and share my recommendation. Thanks. read more

I've been using the Manchester st location for many years. I am always very happy with work done here. Doug is great at keeping time lines and appointments. I recently had some new studded tires put on my wifes car and unfortunately the tires were defective. Doug rescheduled a new appointment and quickly addressed the issue and replaced all her tires. This place has gone downhill since new management. If you are looking for incompetence, Second hand weed smoke, After hours illegal car modification, and loud exhaust pipes added to your car then go see these guys over at Ichiban and buy them a drink before they work on your car. Who knows maybe they will give you a good price. Or you could just keep driving by and show off you exhaust and how it sounds like its farting and back firing like a gun sound. So unprofessional and numerous complaints to regional manger and corporate got no change. Good Luck to you if you use these knuckleheads. read more

made an appointment for new tires, installation, and balancing. my appointment was at 2pm. i sat and waited as they told me it would take an hour. they didn't start working on my car until 3:15pm. there were only 2 people working and at least 5 cars needing work. every single customer walking in and out was unhappy and complaining. one customer, who had their tires done during my appointment, even came back not 10 mins later to complain that their car was immediately drifting. they finally finished my tires at 4:15pm. there were also so many flies constantly flying around in everyone's faces. random half drank beverages were sitting around the waiting area. no food or water available. read more

On our way from a trip from New London NH to Plymouth MA we found a screw in our tire :( it was 6:00 and nobody was open so we were stranded. I called this company and asked if they would be willing to take us in to patch it up since online it said they were closing soon. Doug informed us that it was quite literally just him and one other staff member working there and they had at least 4 other jobs they were working at the moment but he would help us out and try to be as quick as possible. He went out of his way to help us even though we were probably going to make them leave the shop late that day. We were in and out within 30 minutes! Everybody was extremely friendly, Doug said he wasn't even going to charge us for it (we still handed him cash). They made what could have been a horrible situation just a minor bump in the road 10/10 read more

Ordered 4 tires and alignment $1500 scheduled for Dec 24 at 8 AM. Got there and the alignment machine was out of service. Rescheduled for Dec 30 at 3 PM. Got there and they didn't have the tires that were supposed to be there a week ago. Rescheduled for Jan 7 at 8 AM and specifically asked them to call me Friday to confirm that everything was good to go. No call. Went in for appointment and one person there to tell everyone that the entire shop had contracted Covid. Could not even confirm if tires were there. Told them to cancel everything. Two Saturday mornings and an afternoon wasted, not to mention 60 miles of unnecessary travel. Their Customer Service and parking are both horrible. Wouldn't recommend or go back there. read more

I would not be writing this review if it was not for John Audet and his crew! March 4, 2017, I drove into this location's driveway with a rear tire that was quickly going flat. When I walked into the waiting room, the Manager John Audet, kindly greeted and was very professional. The crew members were informative and professional. The tire could not be saved, although, John Audet helped my with figuring out what I could get in the meantime. These guys were amazing. We were visiting family and woke up to -2 degrees and a flat tire. They squeezed us in despite having a full schedule of appointments on a Saturday, working outside in the sun-zero temps they found the leak and didn't charge us a penny. In the last 2 months I have had to unexpectedly get both my finances jeep, and my Mazda new tires. I went back because of how prompt, friendly, and understanding they were. Call manager I had a slow leak - he said not to worry about it; it was just because the temperature changed. I asked him if he was sure because I had several hundred miles to drive that day. He would not even inspect the tire. Come to find out I had a metal shard in my tire that another shop found and patched. I was very disappointed. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment for a simple tire plug. The manager said he was busy from 1 to 4 so I accommodated him and agreed to 430. I was on time and announced who I was and that I had an appointment. The manager then announced that he was only one of two people on staff and his other tech was tied up with an alignment and he would help me next. He then pointed out the two other people who were ahead of me, but that he wouldn't take anything else until he helped me. This was no comfort since he hadn't even started to work on these other two cars. What did I make an appointment for? I expected my time to be valued as I had accommodated him when making my appointment. I sat around for 15 minutes while he started working on the first car. If I was going to wait I wouldn't have made an appointment. I should have been helped before the other people. The manager should have saved me a spot and not put me last! I dropped my car off here to have my winter tires put on. I don't know much about wheels, tires, etc, so I went on the advice these guys offered me. My lugs were too long to mount my winter wheels and tires onto my car, so I had to get a different size. Okay, understandable. When I did that and they still didn't fit, I was told "We won't work on this car anymore today, we're too busy". Excuse me, but I had an appointment, I am PAYING for a service which I cannot perform, and you tell me that you're basically refusing to do the work. I have had several bad experiences at this particular location and I guess I really should have known better than to do this service here. There's a reason why this is the cheapest place in town.
