The major sign showing the prices is a little misleading (the first price shown is what it is if you buy the car wash, which is written in small print). It's an extra 20 cents per gallon if you don't get the car wash. Sometimes the car wash isn't even working (the last time I went, there was a sign on the pump that said car wash was out of order). I like the touch screen/modern digitalization of the screen and being able to use my gas rewards (I got .75 off per gallon last time I was there which was awesome!)

Then I read the sign that said pull into the car wash until you see the yellow light. This Shell's car wash is much different than the Shell Car wash I use in Langhorne, PA. You have to push a start button, put your car in neutral and the wash takes you in and automatically begins. However, this wash you have to drive your car into the building and the car wash moves, but not your car. When I did this and the yellow light did not go on, I backed out of the wash and pushed the assistance button three times and also spoke to the box to get some assistance. When no one came or spoke to me, I drove to the building where the cashier was and told the man I needed assistance. He was on his cell phone, and told me he would be over to the car wash. I told him I had already put the code in, so I would need another code. He wanted my receipt so I showed him it and he then wanted to keep it, but I told him I needed it, so he ran another copy. He then met me at the car wash again and told me to drive in. Again, not seeing the yellow light, I was trying to speak with him but the car wash had started up and the only thing I got was wet. The cashier had walked away, the car wash had stopped and I drove out of it. DO NOT get a car wash from this shell. It was a waste of money, and there was no assistance when you need it.

Imagine that you go into the men's restroom and there was no paper, no paper towels, no toilet…read morepaper, nothing. Then you learn that there are stacks of paper products in the lady's restroom and you have to go in there to get it. That is what you have to do to toss out some trash or wash your window here. Like a second class citizen they don't think that people need one of those portable trash receptacles with the window washing bin in it to use while their car charges for 10-15 minutes. There are eight with one at every two gas pumps but not one by the eight EV chargers. Thanks, but no thanks, your company is ran as of children run it.
