This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. Loriann, the manager is a FANTASTIC!!! That same day I got a text saying "Hey ______, if you want I can...." he was trying to "hang out"... I ignored it.. he sent a few more texts, called and then Whatsapped me. I finally replied telling him no...that I'm basically not interested (I probably should have called him out for what he was doing but it was so surreal, uncomfortable and weird.) I didn't hear from him for a few months but he just texted me again saying the same things...and he mentioned living close to me...which means he definitely remembered my address... I'm pretty sure this is a A *PRIVACY BREACH*. his name is "Arth". I think that's just a short form/nick name of his full name. I don't know who to contact about this. This branch location is awful. It's conveniently close to my job so I stop here to deposit mine and…read moremy husbands checks once a week. I like that the drive thru teller opens at 8am, especially when I need to be at work at 8:30am, but they are never at the window, and take forever to respond to multiple times you press the call button. There have been a few times where I'm waiting on a line of cars because no one has responded. Maybe the call button doesn't work, but then how come they aren't near the window to at least check if there are cars waiting? This is very frustrating and a waste of mine and other customers times. Also, depending on which teller you get, sometimes the teller just runs away after they send your receipt with a quick "have a nice day!" Without asking if you need anything else. Besides that fact, our work checks are approved in their computer system to be immediately released (because they are our regular work checks). Somehow there is always a hold on mine or my husbands checks - it could be anywhere from a $200 hold to a $500 hold and sometimes it's for a couple of days but on one occasion they had the hold for 7 business days! I've complained about it everytime, and they say it's a computer glitch. Before I walk or drive away I check to make sure there is no hold and they say no, but miraculously there is a hold sometimes. This is the only location I ever have an issue with, and it seems to be on a weekly basis. Commack and Medford are amazing locations and I have NEVER had an issue with them. They are out of my way in terms of where I work and live but I think I will just go to those locations instead of this one.
