The personal service has always been professional and exceptional! The staff took the time to sit with my daughter and I, advise her in purchasing her first car, share the importance of good credit, explained interest rates, and paying on time! She recently paid off her first car. Today, after searching for months, my Husband found the used vehicle he was looking for. We called DE Alliance and Megan was not only professional in her service, she rearranged her schedule, waited for my husband to arrive and contacted me by PHONE! (She called me!) We chatted on the phone and it was so refreshing to speak with someone that feels like a friend instead of a computerized phone service! When I use their phone application, visit an ATM and use their website to check my accounts, I will get three different balance numbers, none of which are correct. I'd already decided, based on the fact that they're a bank that can't do accounting properly, that I need to move my accounts. But oh no, they couldn't let it go at just that. Today, in the middle of the coronavirus panic buying, I stopped at a local retailer to get a few comforts. While trying to pay for $33 of goods, they threw up a fraud alert and locked my card and accounts. And this at a department store that I frequently shop at. In spite of responding to a text message and being told I had to wait two minutes for my card to be unlocked, it wasn't at the ten minute mark. I had to call and talk to customer service and being assured it would be unlocked in ten to fifteen minutes, it wasn't. I had to go to an ATM, get money out and pay with cash. The customer service agent said that this is a normal fraud procedure. Despite the fact that not six months ago they let a fraudulent charge from INDIA go through for multiple hundreds of dollars. No more, WSFS. You've lost me as a customer and I'm going to advise all of my friends of your shenanigans.

They don't answer the phone so you have to call another bank only to get a…read more888 number to call and then you have to go through a bunch of options and then when you select one you have more options to go through. You get a call bank and put back on hold and when you finally explain the problem you get told that you need to be transferred to Recovery Dept. After explaining again the person puts you on hold and then you get the recording again on entering checking or savings info, etc. She never came back. Personally I give it a "0". I am sending all this info to both the BBB and to the federal government who is waiting for my response. Thanks for nothing TD Bank, so glad I don't bank with you........you are useless

A busy day at the bank waiting to take care of some account maintenance with the customer service…read moreside of the bank. Both the tellers and the bankers had lines with people that needed to open accounts, withdraw cash or make a payment for their lending. Jennifer the Branch's manager help me take care of my banking needs quickly and efficiently. Left there a little longer that I would have but with the place still pretty full of other banking customers I was glad to leave the hustle and bustle behind.

I went into the bank to have a few documents notarized. As I am called over for assistance, the…read morefirst thing the notary asks me is "so your documents aren't labeled?" as if she was inconvenienced with me flipping through a few pages to find the right area that required a signature. On each page that required a signature there is a large sentence in bold print that states "ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SIGNED IN BLACK INK" which I also mentioned when I sat down. The notary however signed everything in blue at one time. Once I realized what had been done I brought it to her attention and she said, "oh, well I always sign in blue. If they don't accept it just come back another day and someone else can sign for you." I'm not sure which was more upsetting, her insensitive mannerisms, unapologetic words, nonchalant body language or her failure to actively listen and read.

There is a location closer to me but I purposely pass that one by to go to this location because the customer care is night and day. In fact, I have no idea how the nearer locations service is because they have a front door greeter who acts more like a stingy hockey goalie. She wont let you pass and everything you say you need, she says they don't provide. Take the extra 10 minute ride. The employees here are all worthy of employee of the month.
