Although there was a very long wait due to high volume of customers I had an extraordinary experience. The automated check-in process was easy, two easy steps after scanning the QR code located on top of the table. The system showed me how many people were waiting and my number on line. There was many other customers that had made appointments so the waiting time was about 30 minutes. I was assisted by Miss Nicole, a very elegant distinguished and knowledgeable banker. She was not only courteous but also very professional. I requested information about the new bank products and my concerns, she helped me and assisted me in a very efficient way. Absolutely the worst branch to do business. The staff constantly give the wrong information and you have to wait for service other than the most basic transaction. If you make an appointment I guarantee you will wait at least 1/2 hour past your scheduled time. I will never go into this branch again other than for ATM use. read more

Let me start by saying that this review is not for the quality of On-line services, but for the quality of in-person services, more specifically for the Aventura branch. I simply cannot understand why if this is such a busy branch, they only have two tellers working the lines. It doesn't matter what time you go in, you have to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to 30 minutes to see a teller, and when you do, their supervisor is constantly interrupting them. This is a busy branch, you need to have all your teller lines manned...Fifteen people lines, are unacceptable! I will keep my account with Citi, just because their online services are excellent and user friendly, but as far as walk-in services, you need to step it up for such a busy branch...oh and telling customers that if they don't want to wait in line, they can go to the branch on 186 is completely unacceptable...smile and be quiet, there's no reason why someone who lives in 207, has to drive to 186 because your business is not properly manned. read more

This branch does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their customer service is terrible and their clerks spend from 1 to 2 hours with the same client. I wrote my name on the sign in sheet to see a clerk and waited for two hours and was not even called. During my waiting time there were clients that left the branch tired of waiting, there were also clients that arrived after me and by simply greeting the clerk, they were called before me. This is disrespectful and nobody deserves to have this experience. This branch is a disaster. They have so many clerks who I guess don't work fast enough or not capable to perform their tasks. Waiting time in line is always an hour or more. Something simple like sending a wire takes them 48 hours to complete when other banks do it in few hours. I need to call them and check wire status after all this waiting and paying 35 USD for this wire transfer. Very unprofessional service and unpleasant experience. read more

This is a international branch I don't understand why none seems to answer the phone when you call. I've been calling since Thursday and nothing. They don't return calls or anything I've been with citi bank for so long and the customer service sucks there at this branch. WORST Citi Bank Ever, went in to close my account took two hours and then I get email saying my account has no funds and its overdrawn, because its not closed.
