My experience at this location was great. I called the customer service number to see what branch…read morein the area I was in provided on site debit cards and this location is 1 of the 5. I had no clue that this location even existed. I was a little intimidated initially because they have these bullet proof glass doors at the entrance that are also equipped with metal detectors. Let me help you picture this. So you walk up to the door and you open it and walk through the metal detector. There's a tray for you to place any metal items in. All the while there is a red light indicating that you cannot pass through the second door just yet. Yes there are two doors. Once the green light displays which I think is controlled by the receptionist at the front desk, you may enter. The young lady at the receptionist desk and the teller counter were nice and knowledgeable of my needs. There was only one teller on duty but I am sure that was due to it being lunchtime. There were however how 3 account representatives available which is good for someone who needs that service. As you leave, you have to go through the same process but in reverse. You exit the initial door and it lets you know that the second door will open in 30 seconds. I mean I get the need for protection. Criminals are getting more desperate as the days go by and we all have lives and families that we want to go home to at the end of the day. I used to work for a bank myself so I understand that fear. As stated above, I had a great experience here and should I ever need to go back to this location, I will.

Their service is second to none. You feel like you are in a small town and they will take care of you like family. Fortunately over the years weather it was an incident with one of my household vehicles or needed to make a payment they are there to help. Above and beyond any other agency. For example my brand new Mercedes-Benz needed a new windshield they took care of the process and made sure it was replaced with a manufacturer windshield from Mercedes-Benz as a replacement. As well as take care of the payment process and everything else pertaining to this matter.
