I have been coming to this branch the last 10 years. This is my main credit card because if it's lost, stollen or has fraudulent charges they quickly solve the problem. Highly recommend banking here! The clerks are phenomenal and I love their customer service team online. They assist you with any questions, or concerns. There's a drive thru atm and 2 you can walk up to in front of the building. horrible experience with citibank and branch; they decided to close my checking account that i have had for 15 years with a balance of thouands in it. all i got is a letter with no explanation and better yet, no one i can talk to either on the phone or at the branch. i walked into the branch, the teller, tatiana is the most imcompetent employee at the branch. i asked for the the manager and she said she was away. i asked, if my other acounts, such as my savings and cd acounts will be closed as well. she informed that they would not be. a few days go by and i check my savings accout. citibank took the remainging balance . i walk in the branch once again, this time to talk with the manager. this manager was present the first time i was there and the teller tatiana straight lied to my face! horrible service. doesn't know what she is doing or saying. very disappointed with this bank. since my savings account has closed, they informed me that i will receive a check in the mail with no update as to when i can receive it. i then closed my cd account and had to pay for a penalty for early withdrawal. they didn't waive the penalty! if you value your hard working money, do not bank with citibank. they will close your accounts for no reason and with no explanation from a human being! choose another bank. went to wells fargo and they welcomed me and my money! read more

So glad I only have to go there once a month for a payment! Today it was so bad that I had to call the headquarters to inform corporate. My wife and I were closing on our first home together and realized we needed to prepare a money wire that had a very fast approaching deadline. We were greeted warmly and realized that our goal was going to be met in very capable hands. There was a technical glitch that delayed the process. But this staff was determined to solve our problem despite our time constraint. Because of this glitch, a coordinated effort by 5 staff members placed their eyes and brains on our problem. At one point, 3 team members were monitoring our account while another member was on the phone with Citibank technical support. Throughout the whole process, everyone maintained a cheerful attitude and patience. Sahim, Victor and Jessica were 3 of the integral members that helped us get this done. I apologize for not remembering 1 other person and the bank manager's name who were also so nice to help and allow us to take their extra time and extra attention. I really wish there was a way I could reward this staff for making this process as comfortable as it was. They are heroes to me and my wife and aided in making the purchase of our first home go more smoothly. read more

Complete fraudsters. Don't open an account with CitiBank - any branch - and if you do have an account close it immediately. I checked with a banker in person that I was interpretating the terms of the account I was opening correctly, she confirmed I was, and a couple months later CitiBank corporate says the terms are actually different and on top of that every aspect of CitiBank is insanely hard to contact. No one at the branch would help. I went there three times. They sent me back online. I called the customer service line only for them to say the same thing over and over. By far the worst bank and customer service EVER Deposited a check before Christmas. They took the money from the other persons account then put a block on my full account for 6 business days including my prior funds. Spoke with the risk dept, the branch and a phone supervisor. All sound like heartless robots and keep telling my to wait 6 business days. WORST "BANK" EVER!!!! First off the employees are ridiculously incompetent, I would say worse than Bank of America down the street and around the corner. They burn through employees quickly and some of the employees get arrested for criminal charges. I set up an account there a long time ago and mistakenly put a middle initial in on the original forms to start the checking account. About one month later I started receiving tons of junk mail, with the wrong middle initial. So somebody there is selling personal information of patrons to make a buck and I wouldn't doubt if it's the bank itself. When you take out a large sum of money in cash, they actually have the nerve to ask you what it is you are taking YOUR money out for. It makes you just want to them in their nosy face! They didn't have as many problems before Citibank took them over. Originally it was California federal bank at that location. What a poor excuse for a bank. You would think that being the ONLY branch open in both the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita valley Citi would honor their posted hours of operation. Citi on their front door, on yelp, and Google indicate the branch closes at 5pm. I called to verify their hours of operation and was told by a Citi rep that the brand closes at 4pm. I was ok with the 4pm closing time. I arrived at the branch at 3:15pm and the branch was closed. It's crazy Citi bank is such a small bank and you would think the would offer great customer service. Nope, for fun I went to Bank of America, Chase, USBank and all were open. I have been a Citi business customer since 1987. I am going to close my account. Originally I had planned to open an account after cashing an citi bank issued check however their associates lack customer service skills! That goes a long way when you are handling people's money.
