We've been Logix members for almost 2 decades now. After being with Wells Fargo for many years, the credit union experience is far superior. It is more of a personalized experience that makes you feel like more than a number. The customer service at this particular location is fine. This used to be a great bank but it has gone wayyy down. I agree with some of the reviews and complaints, they seem to want to hold on to your money with no clear rules and explanation, the manager in this branch is terrible. I want to support the non-corporate credit unions but they if they can't serve my needs, or have rules that detriment or harass the customers or deter them from getting their money in subtle ways, then I will go with the bigger banks and they will unfortunately fail because they are not being run right. If these systems from whoever management that makes these decisions, they will soon find out that if they don't listen to their customer and continue in this path, they will fail. read more

Used to think highly of Logix, but not anymore. My opinion of Logix has gone from humane and understanding to just another money-grubbing big corporation. After doing business at this branch for over fifteen years (mortgage and savings) and paying off my mortgage a few years ago, I just left my savings account there and stopped paying attention, figuring I'd get around to closing my account at some point. On a whim, I decided to log on and check my balance. That's when I learned my account had been deemed "dormant," and $5 had been deducted every month for about a year for the privilege of letting them have my miney. Yes, probably some fine print somewhere that I missed. Went in today to get what was left and no slack, compensation, or understanding at all. Just "So sorry you feel that way." Darn sad that Logix has given in to such a shabby and inhumane business model. What a ridiculous response to my review 'Maria.' Just proves my point about Logix now being inhumane and unresponsive. Nothing but great service and friendliness! The lady at the front was so helpful, easy to talk to and made me feel welcome! She asked about my baby that I had with me in the stroller and she related to me about her kids! I not only had a great experience the other day but I came home today to packages at my door confused because I did not order anything and when I opened them it was first birthday gifts for my daughter in the theme that we are doing her birthday in! I went inside the branch to figure out some things that I needed to do because of someone using my card fraudulently. I was sharing my mom's cancer story and I spoke with a teller named Laura. She was VERY sympathetic and shred her mother's cancer journey. Not only did she fix my banking situation she sent me some gifts for overnight care because I had to temporarily relocate to care for my mom. Used Logix for home mortgage. We paid off our house almost one year ago (July 2023). We had an insurance claim and they write checks including Logix credit union. Despite several requests over past few months, still can't get documents that we own our home and Logix has no longer any ownership. If you finance your mortgage with them, it seems you can never get out of them owning your home. read more

Huge kudos to Ivette Everts and Ashur Betmaleck at the Stevenson Ranch Logix Branch for helping me with my home refinance. This was my first experience with refinancing my home as well as my first loan application with Logix and I was totally surprised at how competent, helpful and friendly Ivette and Ashur were during the application process. They kept me updated on developments on my application almost daily, and went out of their way to make the refinance process convenient and simple. I didn't even need to step foot into the branch location, and was able to get the refinance completed over email. My emails never took more than a day to get a response and I felt respected and welcomed as a customer In the end, I was able to get a great rate and terms and saved hundreds off my monthly mortgage payment. Afterwards, I signed up for a new checking and savings account as well as a credit card and haven't been happier in any of my interactions with a bank before. My husband and I were in the middle of a purchase of a new trailer and our finance representative with the RV dealership had recommended that we speak with a specialist at LOGIX regarding a possible loan. We were connected with Andre at Logix in Stevenson's Ranch. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist (forgot her name) but she was very pleasant. The office was well maintained and there were refreshments available, water, coffee etc. I had small children with me so the area was suitable for them as well. Meeting Andre, our Loan specialist was very pleasant! He was very professional and very welcoming! At one point it almost felt too good to be true! Everything seemed too work out in our favor! We were able to finance both our truck and trailer! Andre was really great. Such a great personality, very informative and professional. He really walked us through everything. He was very informative about our loan and answered all of our questions! Andre was very patient with us. We did have small children and he was very accommodating to that. He was very helpful when it came to that. We really appreciate that because our kids are our priority. But there was no hesitation when it came to helping us out with them, getting extra chairs so they didn't feel separated from us. The entire visit was fast, quick and easy! Andre had did all the foot work for us so all we had to basically do was sign! Andre worked super hard behind the scenes and we know that. We know that none of this could have been possible without his hardworking and persistence. We know that he put some time into our loans. But, he was always in communication with us. Phone-call, emails, text messages. We never felt disconnected at any point with him. Andre pretty much sealed the deal for our purchases. Without his help and effort it might not have ever happened. I was just at the branch in Stevenson Ranch. I had an appointment so there was no problem for me getting in within five minutes. But there is a line of 6 to 8 people no appointment line standing in the hot sun. And 80+-year-old lady had been there already 30 minutes she didn't look well there is no water for her nor a pop-up to stand under in the shade. This is carrying it way too far. If this is the new rules and regulations we need to help the customers and our friends. Get some pop-ups out there be courteous, be kind to these people that are making you a business read more

Banking is no fun but Logix makes it so easy to call, go online or walk in to the Stevenson Ranch branch. I get the same great customer service whichever I choose. Logix has so much to offer including higher interest rates on a Money Market account, low interest auto loans and almost carefree banking. I have been with this branch since 2008 and now my kids are grown and have their own accounts. The best thing about Logix is that there are branches and ATMs available everywhere! read more

After a couple years of giving it a go here, I gave up an closed my account. They re-did their whole fee schedule for 2010 and things have gotten ridiculous. You now have to keep a minimum balance in the account to avoid a monthly fee. Sorry, but I do not want to keep $500 in a savings that pays nothing in interest when ING Direct pays an interest rate several times higher. Even having direct deposit does not make you immune from this monthly fee. In the course of a month, I had two different people write me bad checks. One I deposited here, the other at BofA. Lockheed charged me a $29 fee because this person bounced a check to me. BofA charged me NOTHING. I also had a major problem when my check card stopped working. They limit the dollar amount of ATM transactions you can do in a single day. I did not know that and was sitting at Costco trying to pay for things. Since Costco does not take credit, I was forced to use a on site costco atm to withdraw cash from other accounts to get enough money to pay for everything. I called Lockheed, but their customer service is closed Sundays, so I could not get to my money until Monday after they explained what happened to me. In the end, I went back to BofA. They have locations everywhere, I pay no fees with them, they are available Sundays and really have been happy with them. read more
