Back in December 2019 I had $450 taken from my account and they refuse to investigate properly. They cant even get the right paper worked filled out correctly between two banks. The investigations part of the bank will not communicate with you. The bank manager Matt will not return a phone call. They have been provided all the paperwork and evidence by me yet three months later there is still no resolution. My best hope is filing with the FDIC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully they can get BMO Harris to fight for their customers money. Save yourself the headaches and bank elsewhere.

We come in PERSON every month to pay our commercial loan payment (since they kept mishandling the auto payment) and they said nothing. I emailed the bank president (Jordan Carpenter) and he stated "Unfortunately we are unable to monitor every account we have in our system for balances and closures which is why much of the system is automated. We have 18 locations and tens of thousands of accounts. " TERRIBLE customer service to business clients.
