What is especially frustrating is that the additional charges and fees were not clearly disclosed to me when I received the quote. Had I been told upfront that the actual cost would be higher, I could have made an informed decision about whether to purchase the policy. I contacted the company to question the difference, but I did not feel that my concerns were properly addressed. In my opinion, customers should be given a clear and accurate explanation of the total cost before agreeing to purchase insurance. I would recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review every charge and get the complete cost in writing before proceeding.
