In the past year or two, things have changed and Clearview FCU is another financial institution that has borderline predatory practices. I feel like I am back banking with PNC, which we ultimately left due to many of their practices. The wait time is an average of 33minutes while you listen to the worse music ever. Then they pass you around and ask questions JUST to get into your account about YOUR money, after punching in your account, & giving your "security" to at least 4 people. Do not expect any work from this bank from 11:30-2:30 as they are at lunch, & forget a Friday afternoon @ 3pm as you'll never get an answer as they have left for the Wknd. Heather in charge of Loans is the worse, didn't approve a loan during the pandemic, because I was off due to the pandemic" by my own choice & had been w/ them for 31 & making more money from state of CA...she couldn't comprehend how that worked. They also have designated parking for EVs right out front. There is one drive thru ATM. And two indoor ATMs before you enter the lobby doors of the Bank. Granted I don't use other banks' ATMs, but I am super impressed with how modern these Bank of America ATMs are! They don't require an envelope or deposit slip, they just scan your check (or cash bills) as you insert it. And for check deposits, you can select the option to include images of the check(s) on your receipt. I was able to complete my transaction in record time.

Then in 2025, they changed my monthly due date without proper clarity, which resulted in late fees being added month after month for an entire year. When I reached out and asked them to correct it and remove those fees, they refused. No accountability, no real customer support--just short-sighted decisions that show they don't value long-term customers. After years of on-time payments, this is how they treat you. Completely unacceptable, and not a bank I would ever recommend or deal with again.

We went inside and I noticed how clean it was. There really wasn't a lot of people in there at the time. The teller called us pretty quickly and handled her needs. She also gave her an overview of Zelle which is a direct payment option she has out of her account to pay another person. I got a nice pen while visiting. My daughter was very pleased that things went smoothly with her. This branch is located where Steak and Shake used to be near Robinson Towne center. Will come again if the situation warrants it.
