While technically they weren't deploying deceptive sales tactics (because the fine print is on their website), their associates never properly explained how the promotion worked. Beyond that, the online portal for your account is horribly setup and not user friendly. Finally, I have to be honest in saying that some of their associates are not very good at explaining the processes involved in more complicated transactions such as those involving a mortgage in my case. Before you consider doing business with Dollar Bank, I recommend you consider other options available to you and if you do decide to work with them make sure your pencil is more than sharpened. They do not look out for their customers and do not seem overly concerned about making things right.

The tellers are very personable and helpful. They're patient, and listen to the entire situation before helping to work through the issue at hand to come to a solution. Options are weighed, and recommendations are given to resolve the issue (in my case, a lost debit card with charges that I needed to have go through). We came to an agreement about how to proceed and I'm happy with how we approached it. I highly recommend this location for any banking related need where interacting with a person is required.

The staff inside are always courteous and help you with whatever you need in a few minutes. They offer the typical services you would expect from a bank. Checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, etc. Rates are pretty good. Best thing about this is if you are an employee you can have your paycheck direct deposited, or if you have a loan you can have direct debit set up to pay for your loan straight out of your paycheck. They have two ATM locations in the building as well. One is located in the main lobby by the entrance from the parking garage and the other is located in the cafeteria by the vending machines. Just a little tip, they may not always be working right now, but they are about to upgrade and get new machines shortly.

They claimed they sent it. They still have not sent a pin or replacement. Feb 14 after countless messages I still have no pin. They close at 3:30 which makes it impossible for me to leave to get to them . With every message from them is another BS excuse. I'm stuck until my tax refunds come in before I can close the accounts and move on. They have been told this but issued a message that they will send me a home check and close my accounts and for me to let any direct deposits know I am closing my account now. Talk about Morons!!!
