When I did call in I was given very poor customer service and going to the building felt like I was being sent to the principal's office. Everyone that worked there was unpleasant, condescending, and rude in both their speech and demeanor. It wasn't always like this and because of how bad my experience has been lately, I went to the main building today and closed out my accounts.

I am the caregiver to my 95 year old cousin. She experienced a check being compromised from her…read morechecking account and needed to go to Wells Fargo Bank to get it straightened out. Her having mobility and cognitive issues, makes this a little difficult. The associate at the bank, (Kenya) was more than patience with her. Sitting down with her and explaining what happened to her money, was done with patience, empathy and grace. Through it all, my cousin needed to close her account and open a new one. Explaining how anyone that was getting paid automatically (gas co., water co.) or making automatic payments to her (social security) would have to be notified of the changes. Kenya was so professional explaining this to my cousin. It is such a pleasure when you have someone wait on you who knows their job. She explained that there would be an investigation into the matter and it would take about 10 business days. In about 7 days the money was returned to my cousins bank account. Kenya even called my cousin to let her know and see if she was OK. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had at Wells Fargo. Just would like to tell Kenya, Thank You!!

These babies do it all, no deposit slip, and you can put more than a couple in at a time. The screen copies the image for you and either e-mails it or gives you a mini-statement image. I went to open an account at lunchtime, and it was really easy. This location is hugely bustling during the lunchtime hour, but wow was it ever a friendly place. It reminds me of how an older bank would be, and many of the customers seemed to know each other too. Jennifer C. helped me out and was really exceptional and sweet. Bank of America in Willow Grove, or technically Horsham, always has excellent customer service…read more Each interaction with all staff members has always been pleasant. A staff member who I believe is the manager ( mid-aged bald guy) always greets customers with a smile upon entry. I met with another staff member to open my first credit card and he was extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. It might have started with a D and I think he may have been Asian? Their drive thru ATM is very convenient. I almost never go inside. The ATM occasionally will be out of order but not too frequent. The website is easy to navigate and comes with a lot of neat features like the track your spending tools. The website and app also make transferring money quick and easy. My only complaints are the annual/ monthly bank fees. Many other banks either have cheaper fees, or none at all.
