A staff member who I believe is the manager ( mid-aged bald guy) always greets customers with a smile upon entry. I met with another staff member to open my first credit card and he was extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. It might have started with a D and I think he may have been Asian? Their drive thru ATM is very convenient. I almost never go inside. The ATM occasionally will be out of order but not too frequent. The website is easy to navigate and comes with a lot of neat features like the track your spending tools. The website and app also make transferring money quick and easy. My only complaints are the annual/ monthly bank fees. Many other banks either have cheaper fees, or none at all.

So the deal was $200.00 to open savings account minum of $15,000 for a certain amount of time, he quoted me June then they would deposit the money into my account. Well now August is here no deposit, so I went in two days ago spoke to a very nice woman. She called whoever and relayed to me that I had to open a checking account also to receive any money. Well I was not told this when I signed up? Also I saw the same promo on line yesterday it didn't say anything about you must open both checking and savings account. So I informed the nice woman that I was going to withdraw my money she beg me to wait until she spoke to her manager and she would call me by the end of the day.
