This means that another bank's ATM's can receive my deposit and its credited to my New Valley account as long as I'm using an ATM that's within the Accel network. There was zero mention of this extremely useful function at the time of account opening. I am disappointed as its an ability that actually serves me very well. I figured it out on my own by researching this network that I had previously never heard of. They still get 5 stars but I hope new customers are presented with this info.

I have never ever experienced a request by any bank in my life for a cash deposit of $250.00 dollars in cash. The teller at TD Bank North. Insisted I give my social security number and my drivers license in order to make the deposit. I told her I have never heard of such a request. She explained to me that of I want to make this transaction happen today this is what I have to do. Company policy. I suspect she thought I I was part of some type of criminal enterprise and attempting to have access to my daughter's checking account. Talk about feeling totally mortified and humiliated by this policy and Bank. Introspection , I should have requested to speak to the manager and file a complaint. I have several bank account in the greater western Massachusetts area. I have spoken with different bank representatives and they all concluded they have never heard of such a request. I've had two car loans with them so far…read more Their locations look nice and professional, and they always have a loan officer to talk to me even without an appointment. They've worked with me on cars that were a little too old to qualify for a loan "by the rules," and as long as it's a great car, they OK'd it. I didn't end up buying that car, but I was still impressed they didn't give me hassle and said "yes" in 10 minutes flat. Their rates are better than anything else I have seen, save maybe special manufacturer promos at 0.99%. Paperwork is kept to a minimum and fast. I've never spent longer than half an hour. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I'll keep financing cars through them for as long as I live in the Springfield area.
