About 4 years ago or so I opened up a savings account. Again never had a problem, interest is low but still no real issue. Recently opened up a joint account with a my wife. Talked her into S&T Bank because I never had a issue. This S&T Bank was always friendly, professional, and pretty quick too. I will be staying with S&T Bank for awhile.

Nice lobby and environment but the way the line is set up people stand next to the door. Congested entry is unsafe. You need to have the line set up so that the lobby space is used effectively. I deposited my paycheck on 6/5/26. I understand that it takes "business days" to process. I…read moreassumed Monday morning I would have my money. It was not there. I then began calling this branch and was given another phone number. 3 calls, 3 different people and ZERO results. They are trying to hold my paycheck until 6-16-26. Almost 2 full weeks and I still do not have my money. I live paycheck to paycheck and my son was graduating yesterday. They almost ruined that. I am unable to pay my water bill now and it will probably get turned off. They claimed they did a "hardship expedite" to release my funds. Then I was told they denied it. So while your making interest on my deposit for sitting for 2 weeks. I will never use them again for any reason! After reading all the negative reviews in the last week I see it is not just me. I am looking into a litigation attorney next! If I could give negative stars... I would!
