Because of Northwest's personal attention, they are aware of and helpful if I have been struggling and occasionally missed payments. They have helped me change billing dates so that I would be more sure there would be money in my account when auto pay bills arrived. Before giving up on a Bank that is focused on this area, and the people here, and which does not sell our mortgages to Wall St robots, (which then come and throw people out of their homes even when their mortgages are paid up and in order), I suggest if anyone is unhappy with a service or has an issue with Northwest, go talk with the branch manager, before giving up a community invested service like Northwest. So say like you set up an automatic payment for like you're car And you're insurance That's almost 600.00 all together But you run short because you already got money orders to make the payments and the automatic withdrawals havent stopped yet Well for each time a 35.00 overdraft fee goes to you're account that's 70.00 you're negative and the next 2 days go by the company tries it again but the bank declined it over and over while charging you 35.00 each time We put more money into this banks pockets then they actually earn. It is always best to have the money in the account of course but not always something that can happen when you get less then what the bank takes and keeps you in the hole each and every month It it's up to you if you want to pay a bank 35.00 for fees on items that dont get paid on or be smart read the fine print go to a bank that dont do this to people I know I'm going to be smart and move my money way away from gold pocket filled greedy people......

The staff recognize me so it just adds to the wow factor and that pleasant experience. There dealing with your money so it's just nice knowing your in good hands. The manager here is always walking around and making sure everyone is happy. Service is quick but can seem full being there's not a lot of room inside. Parking can be bit of a pain because there's not much room but it's next door to cogos so there's always that extended area of parking for convenience I would assume. I'll definitely continue to come to this location for convenience and for great customer satisfaction.
